We have called Mario and team out a few times since the last time they were here, less than a year…read moreago, for different projects. Both times they have been simply amazing (again). The first time, a ceiling panel randomly fell down. (Not one they had worked on - we moved into a new house and a panel fell one night). They came out promptly and repaired. Then, another one fell down a couple weeks later, and again, Mario came right out, gave us a quote, and repaired! One of the pics is of the panel. Doesn't look like much because it's a white ceiling, but it's perfect! Then, we have this doorway/frame separating our living room and family room. We tore off the trim, my partner made an arch shape (to match the other doorways), and we asked Mario and his team to come drywall, plaster, and paint the whole entry way/sides/etc. They made it absolutely spectacular. It's just gorgeous and the rooms flow so beautifully now!!!!

He…read morewas extremely responsive to additional requests and able to accommodate expansion of work and the team was diligent and thorough in execution of the work. Further the quote and price of the work was extremely reasonable and quality was still superb! In the front, they scraped and prepped the entryway, front door, and 2nd floor bay window as well as removing and patching the transom frame to open the space up--they then painted everything including the window trim across all three floors. In the rear of the home they scraped our wood siding and replaced any rotted wood with PVC, then repainted in a color drench. The team also removed a wood basement entry structure that was rotting in the back and replaced with a newly framed door. Lastly the team also removed old and installed new custom basement windows in the front granite of our home including new trim and waterproofing, as well as painting. The team also did small finishing touches at no extra charge including installing a new entry light and hanging window boxes. We are already planning future projects with Mario and his team!

I initially started with a budget paint I purchased from home depot and it took 3X the number of coats to cover and we ended up needing to have them come back with the original paint they suggested. Will absolutely hire again

We'd also asked that they try to do the work with minimal dust generation, since someone was still living in the unit while the work was being done, which is difficult since mud application usually involves multiple rounds of dry sanding. Getting the walls flat without the dry sanding process is harder to do, and they still did an incredible job with it. Victor and his team delivered - to an extraordinarily level of quality, while being on time and on budget, with great communication throughout the process. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism demonstrated by the Menjivar team. I was looking for a painter to paint the walls and kitchen cabinets in my condo before I moved in. My real estate agent recommended him, so I texted Hugo and he came over for an estimate the same day. The price was reasonable and he was able to fit the job in the following week and finish before we moved. The condo had a big red accent wall I wanted painted a lighter color and oak cabinets in the kitchen I wanted painted white. These guys did a GREAT job. Everything looks brand new. Beyond that, the guys were nice, super dependable, and really take pride in their work. I definitely plan to go to them with any paint jobs I have in the future.
