I felt no pain from the injections and no pain during the extraction itself. I honestly couldn't believe it. At one point I even asked, "Is it all done?" -- and when he said "Yes," I was so relieved I started laughing. The tooth was severely infected, and extraction was the only option, but the process was completely smooth and stress-free. This office delivers professionalism, compassion, skill, and true patient care. I never thought that at this age I'd be getting braces, let alone go through jaw surgery, but here I am smiling from cheek to cheek. Dr. Nalchajian and her entire office staff at the Fresno location welcomed me as family since the moment I arrived. From scheduling to making sure they were flexible with what location I could be seen at, the girls in the front are kind, funny, and extremely helpful, which is so wonderful. Dr. Nalchajian is bilingual and I love talking her in Spanish. I am unable to put into words how much information she has provided me with and even when she was busy moving her child into college, she still sent me a message when I had a question. Every interaction I've had has been heartwarming and leaves me with a happy feeling as I walk out the door, except when I had my braces tightened for the first time, LOL. Ouch! Pain wasn't as bad and went away after a couple of hours. Due to my jaw surgery, my mouth is extremely sensitive, but they were very precise and thoughtful in adapting to applying my bands and tightening for the first time.
