Sarah is a brilliant photographer. I googled "best spots to propose in Gatlinburg", and found her…read moreblog. I made plans with her about 2 weeks beforehand. She was wonderful to plan with, and had dozens of suggestions. The day of, the road to the spot we had picked out was closed, and I was horrified and panicked. She immediately identified a backup spot, and met us there. She waited in the cold (this was during Thanksgiving week 2017 at 5am, it was COLD) for me to propose, for about 40 minutes, as I wanted to catch the sunrise. The pictures came out BEAUTIFULLY. The sun waited to rise until after I had gotten cold and impatient, and popped the question. She took more time to get photos with the sun in the background, and those were gorgeous.
