Was super friendly and patient during the shoot with a three year old. 2. Rock bottom pricing. A few lowlights 1. They were 30 minutes late to the session. I almost gave up given it was humid as hell and I had a three year old with me. Refunded me $20 off price for inconvenience. 2. Photographer is self-taught and based on the direction (or lack there of) we got very few photos where there looked to be any composition at all. Lots of action shots of our backs, us looking down or sideways or chasing after our kid. There were a few good ones but frankly I could have caught those with my iPhone. Lighting was off on some pictures (over exposed, blurry pictures). Offered to fix so that I was completely satisfied which was great but I don't have time to go picture by picture asking to fix things. 3. Complete disconnect on final deliverable. No photos that I could print myself were available. I had to buy them or otherwise buy from the gallery. The only ones I could print myself had the company logo on it so not something I'd have professionally printed. Photographer must have stated a half dozen times that she makes more money shooting real estate photos and that is her specialty so I recommend that you look elsewhere for a family photographer.
