I Went in because I had a condition that needed immediate action. Despite of registering and having…read moreto wait for an appointment while still in pain,i didn't think that it would get any worse. To my surprise, visiting the doctor and while she is asking you questions, she goes straight to google just to define four you what the problem would be! ( I could have saved my time and google it for my self at home). As if that is not enough, I was ordered to take a lot of tests that were unnecessary which costed around $ 400, on which the tests couldn't be done on the same day so I had to make an appointment to come in for tests on a different day! I went for the tests on a different day, and after a long wait, I was advised that some of the tests can not be done at that particular lab and so I had to make appointment at a different location on another different day! I did the tests anyway! Two weeks gone and I have to see the doctor for results reading!! Mind you, I wasn't given any medication to help me with the situation I had!! I get to the doctor and she says, she received partial results and some of the results were not in yet! Guess what, she ordered for other tests which costs even more and advises me to go back for a follow up after four weeks!!!! am still walking with my disease and no action taken.. Long story short, I think this is not the place for patients with minor issues, if its that serious better take yourself to the ER or another walk-in clinics. It will be little more costly but better that way than having to walk with your diseases the entire time because the situation could get worse anytime. Cheap is expensive!! Am not going back in again. going to get serious treatment somewhere else where they take people's health serious.

Just please try and get rid of the geese. My gosh, it's like there's a goose invasion there.read more

Feels a bit awkward reviewing a place of worship, but this is so much more. It's a gathering place,…read morea welcome center, and a community center in addition to that! I came here to celebrate Ramadan as a non observer, and everyone was very friendly to me! They also have an awesome convenience store with Turkish goods as well as a store for Islamic related items including books for nonbelievers but those interested in learning more about the faith The campus is absolutely gorgeous, and I wouldn't be surprised if they had weddings and photoshoots here. All in all I think it's pretty cool that this towering masjid is straight up in the middle of suburban Maryland, and I think this is a great place to learn about islam, and find other members of faith in the DMV area!

HOWEVER, a lot of the staff working in places like the cultural center are very stand offish and nonchalant. We inquired about an event and the young lady working the desk didn't seem to enthusiastic to help. When you greet someone with salaam, they seem hesitant to return it. Not sure if it's a cultural thing with Turkish individuals but we did NOT feel welcomed there. I wanted to visit the gift shop with my family, but the first time it was closed until 11am. We waited until 11:15am and no one was even in there. Then we went again but apparently there was some electrical work being done. When I asked when they would be open, they worker looked at his watch and seemed to guess 2pm. It definitely seemed as if he guessed. Why look at your watch first? We did not return. Lastly, finding information on events such as Eid are a nightmare. The items in the gift shop website are not the same as in store. Just seems beautiful but severely unorganized and lacks compassion. It's a no for us.
