This was their first party at our home, and we were delighted how quickly they were able to populate and manage four food stations and two bars. I live in CA but got married in Sandbridge so it was nice to have a local who knew the area. Prepping for the wedding, Summer was in contact with me to make sure we were on the same page of how I wanted my wedding day to go. She also stopped by the day before the wedding to go through everything in person. On the day of my wedding I had the most stress free day ever thanks to her and her awesome team! They worked super hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and if anything went wrong I had no idea - just the way it should be! If you are looking for a hands on coordinator or day of planner I would recommend Summer, hands down :)

Not only was she late to our very first appointment she made me wait while she got in line to purchase a cup of coffee when she got there. She didn't show up to the venue walk through and has yet to call and apologize or provide a VALID explanation. Whatever you do don't be fooled by her words and low prices. After all if it sounds too good to be true, it most certainly is. It is completely unprofessional to stand up a bride and on top of that show up late to the appointments. If you are being paid for your services, showing up on time is late, bottom line. DO NOT HIRE HER.

Here is a list of examples from my disastrous experience with Creations by Tiffeny: We set up a meeting at my house and after waiting for over an hour, I get a call from Tiffeny saying "her phone died and she got lost" - totally unprofessional; Tiffeny showed up to several appointments late; cake tastings fell through twice because she did not set them up in a timely matter with the vendors; Tiffeny did not respond to emails or text messages in a timely matter (no away messages or anything, just no response for days). Tiffeny would forget the most basic things about my wedding; she couldn't remember my budget and wasn't keeping track of it; she wouldn't remember simple details we had discussed or the style and theme I was going for. The entire process was incredibly frustrating and terribly unprofessional.

He was involved during EVERY step of the process, designing our wedding reception layout, discussing our ceremony needs, and when there was a slight hiccup with the chairs it was rectified the next morning! I cannot recommend Matt and Virginia Special Events more highly!!!

I was in the middle of interviewing wedding planners and was so close to locking one in already. I was less than 5 months to getting married so the pressure was on!! The following week or so, my husband and I met with him. At our first meeting, he had cupcakes for us!! And from my favorite cupcake shop too!! How did he know? It's like love at first site LOL! He was thorough in explaining the different services he provided and had packages to fit any budget. He answered all our questions and concerns. And we had a lot! He's very knowledgeable in the industry and had great connection to vendors that I would need for the wedding. I felt like I was going to be in good hands. So that night my husband and I knew he was the one to help us enter this new journey of our lives. Ted was always available for me day and night! He went with us to every vendor meetings, cake and food tasting, dress fitting, hair and makeup session, and etc. He wanted to make sure we were happy and what we agreed upon at these meetings is what we're going to get on the wedding day. He was hands on and I needed that!!! He was very much invested in us. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about anything, he took care of the logistics and even had my 'lady in waiting' at my house to pick me up and transport my items. He thought of EVERYTHING. So If you are looking for a wedding planner or for any event for that matter, look no further this is the guy for you!

I arrived safe and sound without incident, to attend a wedding. The lobby and hallways are okay. The ladies room has plenty of stalls and is clean. What stood out to me the most is the main hall/ ballroom where the reception was held. Gorgeous! The dark floor. The over-sized chandeliers. The beautifully decorated tables. I really think that this ballroom can be the perfect setting for many types of events. Even a wedding, birthday party, retirement party, corporate event or holiday party. The wedding was in the evening so I did not have much time to peruse around the exterior. But there is an outdoor deck where events and wedding ceremonies can be held against a beautiful backdrop. When I saw the professional wedding photos I saw how much this location truly had to offer. The happy couple's photos were picturesque. It looked like they were at home on a mansion. I think it is very important to have fantastic places to take photos at a wedding location. There are 4 nearby hotels. They can be very pricey, depending on the time of year. Hampton Inn & Suites -Smithfield is the most affordable.
