The old system had fobs that they never gave me even though I made 3 seperate trips to try to get it during business hours. Finally with their new system I to a sticker. Unfortunately it doesn't work and they only gave me one when I have 2 cars. City of Evanston will give you tickets for no registration sticker even though its not on the street. Terrible god damm service. Avoid at all costs. Just today they threatened me by forever banning me from the site and screamed at the lady through the payment kiosk help button to not remotely open the gate. He tried to have me login to prove my parking account exists, but the lady was scared of the yelling and opened it. I left screaming out the windows ban me its literally my last day in Chicago. Im moving states and this was part of the reason why To the dickhead screaming at me. 1800143-7403 look it up and feel stupid for a week. Adding on: I called and they apologized saying it was their mistake on their systems. Regardless the disrespect from the employee was insane. Wasn't even clear he was an employee for the first minute of that tense interaction. When they switched to the new system. They tried to look me up and found my monthly account paying $175 a month but still asked me to pay the daily rate to open the gate since I didn't have the sticker. It was literally over $1 they were trying to hassel me over even though I pay $175. In the in between I changed it over to just the single garage (Maple) instead of the 3 car garage. Again over their mistake they decide they'll ruin my mood. Im the last guy to leave reviews especially bad ones but the disrespect left me furious. Again I am not the type to leave a review. Entire life ive only left like 5 reviews. All positive. To that broke boy screaming and malding. I got you on 3 different angles on the dash cam and all of them you look stupid hahaha.

There have been some wonderful improvements made to this cleanly station over the years and I never had any reason to complain but tonight I was assaulted and there were no security guards to assist at the Oakton platform where the crime occurred. tonight I was assaulted by 8 young African American teenagers in a car on the Skokie Swift at around 8pm. The loud mouthed brats were on the Howard platform screaming obscenities to people and not one security guard on the Howard platform kicked these kids off. I boarded the Skokie yellow line and all eight kids were making loud noises, cussing and throwing candy and spitting at me. There were three other adults in the car with me so finally the swift stopped at Oakton and I encouraged the kids to leave immediately so one of them spat at me again and the other kicked me hard. I had warned the train conductor to stop the train and come to this car to kick out the children but nothing was done in a timely fashion. She stopped the train and the kids surrounded me one of them hit me in the back of my skull with an object. What makes me very angry is the fact that she really did not care ...she advised me to board the train and she kept trying to get some security guards to the Oakton platform but for a full 12 minutes or more the kids were still there still harassing me and not one security guard came to our aide. I am sure the train conductor has better things to do than to have to act as a security guard to protect her passengers but what what makes me very angry is I paid for this fare so that I could have a safe ride back from the city and into the suburbs. I was the victim of racism pure and simple and let us not forget racism is a hate crime. Finally the kids ran away so even if I had reported this to the police there is nothing the police can do once the kids runs off. I will buy mace tomorrow but I do advise all people using this train system to have protection with them and make sure you travel in pairs. I will be describing this incident to all my friends and clients on my face book page tonight. Beware and make sure to carry pepper spray or mace with you on his line because there are never any police officers or security guards present when you most need them.

Easy to get to and easy to get out of. It is just off Ridge Road, so you can get away quickly when your visit is done. At this particular garage, the adjacent Century 12 Theaters generate considerable traffic, and upon entering we became entangled in gridlock caused by a large number of impatient drivers attempting to arrive and depart the garage at the same time. Another problem is that the parking spaces here are too narrow to be practical for SUVs, minivans, and full-size cars. The first two spaces we attempted were so tight that we couldn't get out of our car. It was 15 minutes from the time we pulled into the garage until we finally exited on foot. Parking in Evanston's public garages is FREE all day on Sundays and major holidays. On those days, it would seem obvious for garage operators to latch all entrance and exit gates in the open position. Well, not here. We had to take a ticket in order to raise the entry gate; and upon leaving, we had to insert the ticket to get the exit gate to open even though parking was "free." Now, that's just ... plain ... stupid. To make matters worse, exiting traffic was backed up because two of the three gates refused to open and there was no attendant in sight.
