I am writing this review based on my personal experiences with an injury liability situation. I…read morecontacted Delano Law Offices and was put in touch with Andrew Ricci. I was able to get a timely appointment with Mr. Ricci and he patiently and thoroughly explained how the process works for injury liability claims. He guided me through the entire process, which took over two years to complete. There was open communication and full transparency during the process. All of my phone calls were returned promptly and he contacted me about important issues that arose during the course of the claim. When we reached the negotiating part of the process Mr. Ricci was able to get an increased offer immediately prior to the final settlement. This was an unexpected, but happy outcome. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience. I was treated very professionally and courteously throughout, and I had complete trust that Delano Law Offices in general and Mr. Ricci in particular were working diligently on my behalf. Based on my experiences I would highly recommend the services of Delano Law Offices and Andrew Ricci. Although I obviously would have preferred not to have been injured, Mr. Ricci and Delano Law Offices helped me receive just compensation for my injury. Dennis Goedecke

Review Visit: May 11th, 2014…read more A neat little building with a lot of history. It was a day full of exploring Springfield when we stopped at a spot downtown to walk around and see things on-foot instead of behind a steering wheel. As we were walking around and seeing things up close and personal, we discovered this little place by pure luck. I think it was Laura that pointed it out and told us we should check it out. We weren't sure what to expect but the door was open and we were allowed in. There was the nicest older gentleman that greeted us and asked us how we were doing. He then asked if we wanted a tour and a history lesson of what the law office was. We gave him an enthusiastic 'yes!'. After all this time, I sadly don't remember the specifics of everything he told us. I do remember the building being as small as it looked from the outside. I remember the interior being small yet cozy while still being a snapshot of times long past. I think I do recall the gentleman telling us that funding has left the place being only open during certain times/days, so please leave a donation if you do check it out. Every little bit helps places like this. Since I don't have much to tell you, I just hope this post brings attention to a neat little stop in Springfield that might be overlooked by the bigger, more tourist-y things.

If you are a bigger man, athlete, or didn't go to college, Rob won't give you a chance. Before he met me in person, he told me he would do certain things. After he met me he changed. He also bullied me in every email (no matter what it was about). His mind was made up the minute he saw me and it was obvious to me. In the 14 months we had Rob, there were 2 times I accidentally emailed him from my wife's account. (We're married so we have access to each others things on our phones). Both times he questioned my Attorney asking if my wife was the one emailing him. Meanwhile, the opposing party's mom sent emails or was CCed in them, and he didn't question her. (Even though I had an OP on her for my son about 5 years ago.) Rob believed things about me without proof, and no matter what I showed him he refused to take it into consideration. The opposing side never had proof based off of their accusations. Even days later when I was negotiating paying child support on an online portal with my child's mothers attorney, and he had already given his recommendation, he was chiming in saying he didn't see why I needed to pay that way. This is just one of the smaller things that he did consistently to draw a wedge between my sons mother and myself. When I called his office to make a complaint, they told him and he emailed My Attorney fishing for details. Inappropriate. Ultimately, Rob claimed that when my sons grandma took him in to his office, my 9 year-old son told him that he wanted to be with me every other weekend, but Rob told me that my wife would be allowed to bring my son in, to see if he would give a different answer than what he gave when his grandma brought him in. Rob never allowed that to happen. I know that if someone from my family would've brought my son in to see Rob my son would've said he wants 50-50, because that's what he says to me almost every time he sees me. He brings this up constantly. My child knows that the other side of his family doesn't like me so of course if his grandma is bringing him in, he's not going to say anything different than what they want him to say. (And At our settlement meeting in March, my sons mother admitted that she had been telling our child she wanted him to be with me every other weekend. She admitted she was coaching him.) As a GAL, Rob should've taken this into consideration, but instead, he brushed under the rug. (Just like all of the issues my son told him about when I brought him in to see Rob) Over the last 3 years, I rearranged my life entirely to have my son 50-50. The opposing party would say I wasn't stable because I rented instead of owning, so I bought a house less than 1 mile from her. She would say I didn't have a good enough job (because I was the heavy weight MMA fighter for team USA so I trained constantly) so I quit that and I got on with the union. (Which has free health insurance for my son and has better coverage than hers, but Rob still recommended her insurance). Overall I did get more time with my son because I have more frequent visits due to the midweek visit that's been implemented, but I should have been given way more. I don't regret buying a house or quitting fighting. I ended up with a great career and home, and I know I did everything I could for my son. That gives me peace. My son missing out on proper time with me is Rob's cross to bear. I am not mad or bitter. I just don't want what happened to my son to happen to anyone else. We had Rob for 14 months and he met with my son 3 times. Twice in March 2022 and once in September 2022. He gave his recommendation off of the September meeting when the grandma brought my son in. He built no rapport in only 3 meetings and didn't try to see if my son would give a different answer by having someone from my family bring him in. In the end, I decided to turn Mr. Cross into the ARDC to report him after the case was over. I quickly learned the ARDC could not do an investigation on him though because they could not legally do an investigation Based on a report from someone that was never technically that attorneys client. If you look at his Google reviews, you will see that I'm not the only person that feels this way. If you're looking for a fair attorney, look elsewhere. This isn't even the worst of what I know of Rob.
