Bruce Beeman of Wolter, Beeman, Lynch & Londrigan expertly represented me in an extremely…read morecomplicated case of dental malpractice with ensuing medical consequences. This convoluted case encompassed many years of negligent care provided by the defendant and thus required numerous depositions from dental and medical specialists located in two states that spanned 2,400 miles. As an MSN, RN, I held high standards for legal representation, and Bruce exceeded my expectations. His assimilation and command of the voluminous, complex evidence was impressive. Bruce is professional, yet personable. He is realistic, yet confident. As an experienced attorney for over four decades, he is ethical, efficient, insightful, judicious, and strategic in capably researching, preparing and presenting a case to optimize the outcome. When the Circuit Court granted partial summary judgment to the defendant based upon the statute of repose, Bruce resourcefully provided a compelling argument before the Appellate Court of Illinois, Fourth District. Citing case law that the defendant's treatment fell within the continuing-course-of negligent-treatment exception to the statute of repose, Bruce skillfully represented the undisputed facts that caused the trial court's judgment to be reversed and remanded for further proceedings. Bruce is an exemplary attorney whose expertise was unsurpassed at every juncture in my case to ensure that justice prevailed. Linda F.

The very first time I was in contact with this office was because of a traffic accident. Mr. Fred Nessler instructed me on how to deal with the other person's insurance. He told me he would represent me; but I should just follow his instructions & handle it myself. My latest contact with this office regarding a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Mr. Jonathan Nessler on behalf of the Estate of my mother. Mr. Jonathan Nessler was a pleasure to work with & kept me up to date on the current status via telephone calls & the USPS. He then allowed this defendant to testify re this document, refused to cross examine her nor to allow me to rebut it. Until the surprise ending to my civil case, when I was out of pocket a couple of hundred thousand dollars, I had believed Jim must have a strategy that was in my best interest. He did not, his strategies were to benefit himself and the State defendants. After a 15 month investigation, the ARDC chose to take no action but recommended I address Jim's unethical behaviors in a civil case, something I would have to finance out of my remaining savings.

I most likely won't get a case with these folks, but that lady that answered the phone honestly took some of the stress off of the most stressful time in my life by just listening. Thank you, phone lady!
