Cordell & Cordell's billing on a corporate level however is predatory and ultra-aggressive. They really are taking advantage of fathers who feel they are in a tight spot and whose concerns lie with their children and they don't even attempt to hide that fact. I would never recommend this firm to anyone unless you want to be invoiced $50.00 every time you sneeze, cough or hiccup. Pay them every Monday (and there are always plenty of charges) or they sock you with a 150% increase in your retainer due immediately. Resolve the divorce case and they hold onto your remaining retainer for at least a month or more. it's borderline criminal.

I am writing this review based on my personal experiences with an injury liability situation. I…read morecontacted Delano Law Offices and was put in touch with Andrew Ricci. I was able to get a timely appointment with Mr. Ricci and he patiently and thoroughly explained how the process works for injury liability claims. He guided me through the entire process, which took over two years to complete. There was open communication and full transparency during the process. All of my phone calls were returned promptly and he contacted me about important issues that arose during the course of the claim. When we reached the negotiating part of the process Mr. Ricci was able to get an increased offer immediately prior to the final settlement. This was an unexpected, but happy outcome. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience. I was treated very professionally and courteously throughout, and I had complete trust that Delano Law Offices in general and Mr. Ricci in particular were working diligently on my behalf. Based on my experiences I would highly recommend the services of Delano Law Offices and Andrew Ricci. Although I obviously would have preferred not to have been injured, Mr. Ricci and Delano Law Offices helped me receive just compensation for my injury. Dennis Goedecke

A case that should have been handled and closed within 6 months took over a year to finalize. To top it off my lawyer quit the practice without notifying me and it was handled from there haphazardly until I had to assume everything had been finalized. No returned emails, phone calls, etc. Very disappointing and cost me over $2,000 for a college settlement for my daughter. Bad enough that I had to take my ex back to court after 10 years of begin divorced to ensure he would cover his share, but then get jerked around by incompetence was frustrating, humiliating and insulting. I look forward to continue working with him and his team, and eventually finish my divorce using Stange Law Firm. His fee, in my opinion, is worth paying. It is extremely important for me to know he has experience, in the court system, being in the presence of "questionable characters." He is understands what trauma looks like and knows how to manage those "characters" when they are present. I know I am an excellent hands. I send a special thank you to other attorneys working alongside with Attorney Rankin, as well as his paralegals, and his administrative staff, who are always tending to my needs (Thank you Matt for making the payment process easier for me).
