He is so caring and takes the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure I truly understand what is going on. After being sick for five weeks and visiting PE, I got finally got Dr. Patel who took the time to figure things out and get me on the right treatment to finally get me feeling better. I am so grateful for his patience, compassion, and dedication to his patients. I highly recommend Physicians Express and especially Dr. Patel. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he treats, and that makes all the difference!

It's the last day of my trip.... I really didn't want to do anything healthcare on vacation, and…read moreyet here I ended up needing help ... urgent care. Referred by family members who work in healthcare, and after some insurance hurdles (our coverage is goofy!) , I was seen rather quickly, from triage to treatment room, I didn't have to wait long! When the physician assistant came in and assessed me, she felt confident I was going through an asthma flare up (I got a letter for the airline we're traveling with!) . I got a nebulizer treatment, which felt like a spa ;-) feeling so so much better!

EVERY SINGLE PERSON AND INTERACTION we've had with the cancer center has been compassionate and professional to the nth degree. I went to Vein and Laser yesterday for the first time, for a tattoo removal consultation. After the…read moreprocedure was thoroughly explained to me by the nurse (Bea), I decided to go ahead with the laser treatment on my arm and leg. Bea did such a wonderful job of making me feel more at ease, as I was fairly nervous. She explained the numbing process and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay throughout, which gave me a sense of comfort. She did not rush the procedure at all. I am prone to anxiety, and Bea's kindness and professionalism helped me get through it. Also, the laser portion of the treatment was truly painless! Upon completion of the procedure, I was sent home with a packet of after-care instructions, ice packs, and all the supplies needed to bandage up & care for the areas that were lasered while they heal. I am confident that I have finally found the right place to remove my tattoos once and for all, which is such a relief. There are several tattoo removal clinics out there, but based on my prior experiences and comparison to my great appointment at Vein and Laser, I'm not certain of their effectiveness or legitimacy. I highly recommend this office, as your care will come from a medical doctor and RN. Yes, it is a bit of an expense (yet not outrageous!) but worth it for the high-quality laser equipment and the extra care received!

I have to say that my time there was not great but it wasn't terrible the people that work there…read moreespecially for one CNA Mariah she really cared for all her patients she deserves a raise. when i first got there she really noticed that i was in major pain and tried to make me as confortable as possible. When she told me about options about the shower schedule she had to do a bed bath on me and treated me with dignity and made me feel confortable. From that day on i knew that while she was there i was in good hands with a caring person. There was a few more people there that always made me confortable and these people are the reeptionist i always called her georgeous and she called me hansome she made me feel at home i didn't get here name and i am sorry. there was two more people that really kicked my butt in therapy and they were Agnes and Ross they really worked me because they knew how bad i wanted to go home and they did not take it easy on me i appreciated that there were days when i got back to my room and just exhausted. This is the reason that this review is not five stars and it comes down to privacy. This is more for the second shift when the door is closed to the room it is only proper to knock and wait to be answered before coming in to the room. They had a habit of just walking in the room without knocking. There was a couple of times where i was in the bathroom and they just barged in and opened the door. Even though it is a kind of a hospital vibe when the door to the room is closed it should be considered being private and the courtesy is to knock not just walk in the door. if i ever have to go back for rehab i would go back to avondale

They really took all the time to go through everything, explain what's going on with my care and both were very emphatic and validating. I haven't seen a doctor who really cares about the whole patient instead of just treating the patient. They are both very intelligent and just amazing practitioners. I really like the whole office staff as well everyone is so kind and caring as well. I currently live in Chicago and want to say that the 1.5 hour drive is definitely worth it!

Great experience all around from the front staff, assistants and the PA. I highly recommend!read more
