I had my very first appt today and I must say that they have a very nasty employee. I wasnt able to…read moreget an appt until they recieved all my referrals and past appt notes from other offices. Which is fine. They called me last week and stated they had my stuff and I could schedule. So, I'm in the room and the nurse tells me they didnt have any of my past notes from the other doctors. I told her that I had previously given them all my dr info and past appts so they could have all notes faxed to them not to mention, that's how I was able to schedule. She tells me to hold on and leaves the room. As I'm sitting there waiting, I hear her tell another employee what I said. This horrible employee, Ellenor, decides to sit and loudly talk shit about me and say I'm lying and theres no way they should know who I went to previously and they dont have anything etc. My nurse comes back in and tells me I have to reschedule because they need my previous notes. I then stepped up and told her I didnt appreciate eleanor talking shit. She completely agreed and tried to apologize. That's so very unprofessional and Ellenor needs to be fired.

Are these Dr's on puppet strings of the insurance or are they willing to work towards a cure the PA was worthless to say the least I felt like I knew more about medical then she did telling me, in the spine we have vertebrate and the spinal cord is inside the them, wtf no shit !!! I came in for back pain and you take X ray of my Neck. Kept asking me what I thought and if it was ok with every worthless word out of her mouth. How bout having some confidence and explaining what your professional opinion is about my pain maybe take a look at my back I would be better off at a chiropractor least they do something. These places are in it for the cash and not the patients. 10 seconds in she says I want to order an MRi of course you do of my neck!! hey!!, I am here for my back then she says ok we can do MRI of your back. Felt like a bad skit of who's on first. I am sure they have done some good things for folks,the facility is beautiful. 1st impressions mean a lot. I will say wait time was minimal X-ray person was exceptional!! The PA 3 out of 10. How can I go back and trust this person it's impossible.

Since then Dr. Lee has been the doctor for my knee pain. He and his staff have made me feel very comfortable. He has directed me to other doctors within the group for other medical issues..Last year I suffered rotator cuffs injury That required surgery. Dr. Taylor and Dr Ankowiac were my team of surgeons. I'm grateful for all of their help and support during my various stages of recovery. The team of doctors at Oak-is the best team of doctors I've ever had.
