It says washer and dryer in each unit, I didn't have either. It took 3 months for the washer and dryer to come. I had the wrong sink. They came by to install a doorbell and left 2 huge holes in the wall. It took them almost a week to fix the holes. Then the painter came by to finish and he smelled like he just stepped out of a bottle of alcohol. And most days without a 24 hour notice. So people are just popping up at the door wanting to come in to do stuff to the place... And you're like.. You're here to do What??? No one informed me of this. It takes a very long time for maintenance to get to you. Even after calling day after day for over a week. The walls are very thin. You can hear the neighbors in stereo. I do not intend on renewing my lease, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When I first moved into Fox Pointe, I should've trusted my instincts. As my ex-husband and I were…read morebringing in boxes, he stopped and said, "What's that on the wall?" It was a baby roach. That was the beginning of the nightmare. After that, they were everywhere -- in the kitchen, in the bathroom, crawling across surfaces, even on my bed. I bought diatomaceous earth, cabinet liners, sprays... everything. I called the office and had pest control come out, but the infestation never stopped. I was constantly fighting roaches just to have a livable space. When my son came back to live with me, I transferred to a two-bedroom unit hoping for a clean start. Instead, I walked straight into a rat problem. I personally found holes where they were getting in behind the stove. I had to buy steel wool and rat traps, and I contacted management because I could hear activity in the walls and saw clear signs of rodents inside the apartment, like rate droppings on my counter and I caught several mice in my traps in my stovetop. On top of that, there was mold on the vents, and instead of actually addressing the issue, the maintenance guy literally spray-painted over it. No cleaning. No remediation. Just paint to hide the discoloration. The air coming through those vents smelled damp and made the apartment feel unhealthy. And keep in mind -- all of this was happening while I was in nursing school. Try studying, sleeping, or even functioning with roaches crawling around and rats in the walls. It was stressful, unsanitary, and overwhelming. I kept my apartment clean, I reported everything, and I followed up repeatedly. None of the problems were resolved in a real, lasting way. I moved out in December 2022, and the fact that I am still thinking about this years later says everything. It was that traumatizing, disgusting, and stressful. Based on what I personally experienced in both units, I would never recommend Fox Pointe Apartments to anyone.

I can't even give it one star - I wish they offered - negative stars - The roaches in the basement floor never go away - you can call and call and they are always still there. So if you like living in a dank place loaded with cockroaches - you'd be all set! They are always shutting the water off on buildings. The worst part is they take advantage of new inexperienced tenants by NOT having a pre-walkthrough inspection form or a walk-through after you leave. If you leave and haven't had an inspection - they will charge you out the ass (and just steal the money right out of your account). They will make up 'damages' that don't exist and then claim that it has to be replaced which they will not do - they will TRUMP UP expenses and take whatever they want - They know that these young tenants don't have the money to go to court and defend themselves. They will have other companies make false claims and 'invoices' because they have long-term relationships with them and they don't want to lose their business. They will even have bug inspectors lie and claim you have to spray for (bed bugs) you never had - no proof of an 'infestation' - not even ONE PICTURE of proof! they will have you hundreds of DOLLARS to spray for bugs that don't exist! The office manager is rude and will lie to cover her ass as well - THEY ARE THE MOST GROSS DISHONEST PLACE TO LIVE. They will go into your account and STEAL your money - based on exaggerated and made-up 'damages.' THE ROACHES ARE ONE OF THE GROSSEST THINGS AND THEY ARE LOADED WITH THEM - I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND A YOUNG ADULT TO GO LIVE THERE BECAUSE THEY HAVE AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM - CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!!! In my travels I went through an upscale neighborhood next to a golf course and flew my drone, So peaceful and serene was this going to be my new home???? I saw a sign which did say chateau knoll Staff was friendly and quite professional in addition to efficient, clean neighborhood, low crime. You know where you can leave your car running with the windows down, go inside have breakfast forget about your car come out 3 hours later and it will still be there. Caring, proactive community a wonderful place to call home..... Safe, secure, clean, affordable with all the amenities one needs to succeed. Hiking, walking, shopping, fuel, highway access, parks, golf, restaurants, everything right around the corner....
