I stopped in one day and was interested in buying a car I had seen online, I had sent in documents for Pre-approval, Chris has already worked with Sheree in financing to get everything ready before I arrived, and we went for a drive, I liked it and we got to working on paperwork. Sheree made the paperwork a breeze and was extremely helpful. Later, on my way home I had an issue with the car, thankfully it has a warranty and I purchased an Extended Warranty, needless to say, Chris and Andrew worked lightning fast to get me assistance, get the car back to the shop and had it ready to go the next day. Overall, I would highly recommend if you're in the market, shopping Ben Bissett in Mercer, they were very professional, helpful, and courteous.

Although I was clearly driving a foreign car and completely not a potential customer, Ben himself spent at least 30 min with us, doing the best he could to diagnose and resolve our emergency. He got the dashboard to calm back down again and he correctly recommended the service we would need to have done. And he wouldn't take any payment for his time and assistance. We feel very lucky to have found him. He was incredibly helpful and kind (and correct!) If you need a truck, give Ben Bissett a try!!

I bought tires there recently. They lost my purchase again in the "new" computer system. I got 4 new tires but they damaged the one sensor and valve stem. I ended up at another tire place because I was a few counties away and 10lbs low. They found the issue and said it was damaged from installing the tires. I've been looking for a new vehicle for a couple of months now and settled on the 2021 Honda Ridgeline. I emailed over a dozen other dealerships around Northeast Ohio and North Carolina (where I am currently located) and the salesman/inventory manager, Scott Dahman, reached out right away. I had a set of questions/demands I asked of every dealership and Scott was nothing but patient and professional. He was not pushy and honest about what he could and could not do. He was very timely with his responses, but at the same time, he did not bombard me with unwarranted emails. After about a week of emailing back and forth with Scott and other dealerships, I knew I wanted to work with Scott. We negotiated everything telephonically and via email. When I went in to sign the paperwork, the process was smooth and painless. I was worried that the dealership was going to add on extra "hidden" fees, but everything everything went as planned and there were no surprises. Scott had everything prepared for me and I was out of there in about an hour. Go check out Scott for any of your vehicle needs. He'll take care of you and make sure to get you the best deal!
