I have wanted lash extension for some time now, but have never gotten around to it for whatever reason. With coffee in hand, I grabbed a brochure and made a booking for later in the week. The technician (whose name I didn't catch) was lovely and did an amazing job! She explained everything to me step-by-step as it was my first time. I opted for the classic look, and the end result was everything I expected. Lovely, long lashes, that don't look fake. I am a HUGE fan and will be back for a refill in 2-3 weeks. I should also mention they do a huge variety of lashes, from simple to all out glam and also offer threading and waxing.

The only negative i can think of is the tram line which runs right outside, but to be honest, it didn't really bother me. They have nice relaxing music on inside anyway :-) and you can also help yourself to tea/coffee/water while you are waiting on their comfortable couch and read the latest mags, which i loved.

What is just as bad is when as a customer, they make you feel like your judgement is not right. When my request for one part to be fixed to get it more alike, she said, "ok but it is your responsibility." The Indian salon, Relief, also at Glenferrie, does it 25 dollars less, and they understand "natural", they understand "not thin".
