Yesterday I ordered two Pizzas "Pizza Quattro formaggi" and "Pizza Parma". The estimated time was 45 min, this was long, since we live near by, after 60 min I called Lieferheld, when I was chatting the Pizza arrived. My first impression, the Pizza are cold, app. 35 to 40 degree. I took the Pizza and opened the cases. I expected a Pizza Quattro formaggi and recieved a Pizza with Spinach, Tomatoes and undefined shreds of meet or fish, thrown on the Pizza, my wife was hungry and she tried a slice and told me it was Salmon. I also expected a Pizza with Parma Ham and Ruccola. Usually Ham and Ruccola ar put on the Pizza after the dough was backed, but here ham and Ruccola are hidden below melted cheese, the Ruccola was smashed. unfortunately there was an addition on the Pizza which I didn't order Sand. Lieferheld gave me voucher of 9,00€, but nevertheless this experience was to bad and I have to share it. By the way if the restaurant had contacted me I would have told them personally and may be I hadn´t had to share my experience.
