There was only one other person in the store and about three staff members. We found something similar to what we wanted and when I tried to approach one of the staff (in Italian), he put his hand up at me and said something in an angry tone. At this point, we just walked out. Unbelievably rude for no reason at all. Please avoid this store and spend your money elsewhere.

One of the workers spoke enough English for me to get by. At first he didn't understand and offered to order a new battery and charger for me and said he'd have it by the next day, but once he understood I only needed the charger, he found a compatible one that's worked great! The price was reasonable, all things considered.

Dude at the front spoke English which meant service was welcoming and I appreciated his willingness to cater to what I possibly wouldn't get in America. No in-shop development but homie said they out-source and can still provide dev, scan, and prints with around a week's worth of turnaround. Pretty solid for out-sourcing. Will definitely recommend this to my fellow photographers in need of services in Roma!
