One of the workers spoke enough English for me to get by. At first he didn't understand and offered to order a new battery and charger for me and said he'd have it by the next day, but once he understood I only needed the charger, he found a compatible one that's worked great! The price was reasonable, all things considered.

We attempted to purchase a tripod at this store, but left as service extremely rude and unhelpful…read more We were referred to this store by our hotel and after travelling all the way there we were ignored for the first 5 mins as we looked around. There was only one other person in the store and about three staff members. We found something similar to what we wanted and when I tried to approach one of the staff (in Italian), he put his hand up at me and said something in an angry tone. At this point, we just walked out. Unbelievably rude for no reason at all. Please avoid this store and spend your money elsewhere.
