SO MANY - but remember to go early, because inventory goes fast. If you're new to Danish baked goods and want to try a classic, start with the snegle ('snail'), something like a cinnamon roll (albeit offered in other flavors, as well, like cardamom). I'd skip the GF focaccia, however, as I found it to be fairly bland and overtly tomato-pastey. (But if that's your jam, have at it!)
In addition to the GF options, there are plenty of non-GF options (but again, go early for the best selection), as well as an assortment of gourmet grocery items and cooler beverages.
