Because here in Germany, when you order pepperoni on a pizza, it's not the round thinly sliced spicy sausage but light green spicy peppers. Yes, peppers. Faaack! This is the second time this has happened to me in Germany. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! I was really hungry so I went ahead and ate the whole pie. Made my breathe all funky. At least my hunger was sated. They also have a extensive Italian menu here.
