Main issue was a backyard playset needed to be removed. Didn't know where to start so I requested for quotes and received a message from Hannah who was quick to respond and quoted an affordable price. I asked for a quote on Weds and got service done Friday. Chris and Hannah are friendly, nice and professional. Communication with them was easy. They seem like really good people. We're still in Covid times so they wore their facial masks correctly and the entire time. They removed all the junk I requested (including weeds) in a timely manner and cleaned up the area too. My backyard looks bigger and cleaner without that big tilting eyesore of a playset. I believe this is my first review I've ever written. Chris and his team more than earned all the praise my family can give. So my mother-in-law recently passed away. With her deteriorating health and the person that lived w her being an unclean hoarder. We have a huge task in front us to get the home in order since my wife will have to take it over. The yard was probably the worst place as the person living w my mother-in-law and now us left all her trash and junk back there on top of not maintaining the yard. So we figured we'd just hire someone to come haul the junk so we'd have an easier time cleaning the back yard. Chris gave the best price and was available that same day. So we hired him with no hesitation, didn't even look at his reviews at this point. Chris showed up a bit earlier w his team member Adam. They were very polite and got right to it. They are very commutative to make sure not to take anything that wasn't junk. So as they we're getting the last of the junk. I thought to myself cool now I can get to cleaning with a lot less stuff in my way. I go take a break inside and wait for him to let me know they were done. Some time passes and I go see how they are doing. I kid you not! They were literally raking out all the trash on the floor and picked up and bagged the other person living there's loose recyclables. I told them not to worry about all that and Chris insist. He says "I'm here to help". Then they go a step further and start sweeping and even swept the sidewalk of debris left behind. This man and his team member Adam will never have any idea how huge of a burden they took off of us. Sure we paid for their services but they went above and beyond any expectations we had. With a little extra time on my hands during the pandemic, I decided to finally clean out my backyard and start a major landscaping project. There's really no point or reason to go through the long list on Yelp to find someone to pick up your junk (which is what we did and ended up wasting so much time). Spoke to Chris on a Friday afternoon for a last minute pick up we needed of a few cardboard boxes, styrofoam, and all the packaging that our bed frame came in.
