I will not lie, when I first got the call from Jenelle at IHouseWeb, I was like, great another website company, making promises. We had gone through 3 other websites over the previous year with numerous promises and none were kept. Our last one was going down 2 or 3 times a week and they were one of IHouseWeb's major competitors. WE HAD TO DO SOMETHING! I'd give 0 stars if I could. Their staff is incompetent. They keep saying you need to change the authoritative DNS to them to make it your primary domain. This is ridiculous. I have a rather complex bind DNS configuration for my website, have full control to add A/CNAME records, but they refuse to have my primary domain be a DNS entry they don't have full control over. What a bunch of morons. This is a direct quote from their customer service: "If you want the display domain to be MASKED you will need to change the nameservers to point to us so that we host DNS." Do they not understand how DNS works at all? What does them having control over DNS have anything to do with how the content shows on the site? read more
