In fact, it turned out that my realtor George Brown had represented the sellers when I bought my house 20 years ago! So this would be the second time he's sold this house. I figured he would have a good idea of what my house would sell for and how long it would take, but I was surprised at how closely he nailed both; apparently he really knows this market. He came to the house and told me exactly what was needed to get the place sold and also make sure the buyer was getting a good house. I did some repairs and upgrades he suggested (mostly small things like paint touch-ups and minor repairs), he put up the sign and flyers and had a couple of open houses, and we had offers almost immediately. When it was time for closing and paperwork, Brianna helped us through the whole thing and made it easy. Selling this house was a lot easier than I assumed it would be, and during the process I felt like they were really working hard for me. George was almost always available to talk to me on the phone when I had a question, and if not, I never had to wait more than an hour or two for a callback. I rented for 1 year and six months, the owners gave me notice to move out, they were going to move in. M&M property Management was very prompt about correcting issues; the air conditioner broke twice while I was there. I moved out and left the place absolutely spotless with the yards well mowed and the trees appropriately trimmed. The place looked way better both inside and out than when I moved in. I received a check eighteen days after moving out for $670. The invoices claimed $2,000 in yard care and $280 in inside cleaning. I can't claim fraud, it's possible that my property manager Jason Oliveira is blind or incompetent at his job. It is possible that M&M Property Management calls in their contractors regardless of how the property was left. I don't know how they function but do know that this is not best management practices and appears shady.

That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. Buddy got very very angry. The only actually proof we have is that my wife emailed Aislinn or whatever her name is directly about the stained blinds in 2024, that you guys refused to fix but used our security deposit to fix. Your worker redirected her to put all of the service request through your portal. Sadly we don't have access to the portal because guys deleted our access information. All of the proof is there of all of the services we requested to be done but got denied. After we moved out our security deposit was used to fix all of the things we requested. To let the people know, all of the requested we asked to fixed were stained or damaged prior or us moving in so we didn't afflict those damages. I'm not going to do a small claims report because I'm not in the business of suing. I have better things to do with my life. These reviews are for people that actually want to know how a business operates so they don't have to deal with horrible business. Thankfully my wife keeps all of the paperwork. Ferguson did a pre-move in inspection by Andrew Scott on 7/26/2024. It clearly states the stuff we were charged for were already in poor shape or damaged. I emailed Dan 10 days later again because I didn't know he would reply to my emails, since his staff have been ignoring our phone calls and emails. I emailed Dan the paperwork of our pre-move in inspection as well. I'm done talking about this with Dan because he is very good unprofessional as you can tell by the name calling. I did call him a crook and that he runs a thieving business since we tried to reach out to his associates through email and phone calls but they choice to ignore our calls and emails. People that ignore phone calls and emails are guilty people.
