I went a couple times and felt like there wasn't service. ie no timely drinks or refills, not prompt to greet, and food took a while. As if they Don't need customers. I enjoy dining out so I have expectations in food hospitality. For example, a table should be done in no more than 40 min. Greeted under 1 min. Drinks pronto and refilled when half way. Never expect the customer to have dry mouth or ask for refill. Food out within 15 min. And come by to see if anything is needed. However, the last visit was redeemed with timely service and drinks. Im being nice when i give 1/5 Star. They dont even deserve one. Bacon was cooked more than 24hours ago and re-heated from what the server said. It tastes like a chunk of lard and smells like burning pig. I asked the waitress and she says thats the way they are. It looks like the grill wasnt cleaned off and you can see and smell other food that was cooked with the bacon. Coffee has too much residues floating around. This is a fairly new IHOP. It's clean and the wait staff all seem very nice. However that's where it stops. The food was beyond disappointing. The eggs we ordered where requested over easy and they where cold to us served. The bacon we requested extra crispy. It looked extra crispy but was cold & rubbery! The pancakes where cold and the butter was at room temp and wouldn't even spread over the cold pancakes. We thought thus could be an isolated incident and gave IHOP a second chance about a month later. This time we came very early. It was simply worst. Very unfortunate. I wanted to grab something for my husband and I to eat on my way home but didn't want fast food. I usually only come here for breakfast but decided to try the dinner menu. The variety was unexpected and the prices reasonable. I ordered the blue cheese and bacon sirloin for me and the Italian chicken pasta for myself. They even have a take-home menu so that you can call in your order ahead of time. And to top it off, military members get 20% off on Thursdays!!! The worst customer service you can expect. So first time I called to place and order for pickup I was on hold for 15 mins, so just went some where else. Tried to place an order over the phone a couple days later, was hold for 15 mins again so called back and the woman told me she can't take orders right now because she is prepping meals. So today I place an order on the app for curbside pickup. After 5 mins had passed on the order ready time I went inside to see if it was ready. Wasn't ready go back outside for another 10 minutes. Come back in and after 5 more minutes the manager comes out to tell me they are out of rice for my burrito and they had tried calling me to tell me that, never got a call or the fact that I had actualyy been there for 20 minutes. So just took my order minus the rice. Got home and no fries with the burrito and both pieces of steak bacon where 98% fat not meat. Will never give them another chance, I'm better off getting food from a gas station! Avoid at all cost! read more

I have nothing against the food but the service was absolutely terrible. We came in at a slow time yet we weren't asked what we wanted to drink until 10 minutes after sitting down by another waitress. When our waitress Ramona came she had a terrible attitude. A minute after our food came out she gave us our check and then didn't check on us for the rest of the time. I had to ask for a box for my food from another waitress despite ours has passed by 5 times. She finally did come back and started to try to clean up our plates without even asking if wanted a box for them. I stopped her and told her I was saving the food. She offered to get a box for me but I told her I already asked another waitress. She then angrily walked away saying "This is why I should get another job". This review is for the manager Ms. Denise (and the French toast). I came in with my daughter who was under the weather a little bit. Coco and waffles for the princess. We're sitting there minding our business. We just got served. After about three bites. The gentlemen next to me said "--- KKK, yea he has three robes in his closet. Yea he teaches the black students at his school----" that's all I heard because I almost blacked out. I have never fainted before but I had to get my server and I asked her to get the manager. She thought something was wrong with my food. I reassured her everything was great here but I really needed to speak with her like Now. Manager came within seconds in what seemed like a slow motion reality. By the time Ms Denise got to my table I grabbed her hand because I couldn't speak. I mean there were no words coming out... I just showed her my hand (which was trembling) and she said "what's wrong?!" I told her what I heard. I said "either you move me or kick them out" She told me they had a right to eat there too (which is true). She in the same sentence grabbed all my plates (plural) and took me to a booth towards the back. By the time I was reseated I was in tears because of how angry I was. She sat next to me. Explained the "south" to me. Told me some things I needed to hear. I just really wanted to write this because she cared for me and felt the pain I felt. I gave this 4 out of 5 because I lost my appetite after the incident. I wish I didn't have to pay for my plate I didn't eat anything else. I had to sit and gather myself which was another 15mins. Our waitress Aurelia was amazing. She made awesome menu suggestions. The food was great and they made accommodations for the six children (9mth-10yrs). The restaurant and bathroom is very clean. It used to be a few years back the Strawberry Banana Pancakes were to die for. Now whenever I've gone back to any location to order there is always something wrong with it. Whether its cooked or the topping is excessive or minimal. My last experience was here and I decided to give one last chance for any craving I still had for that menu item. I waited awhile for the food to come and then to top it off no banana's on or in the pancakes. I ended up adding more syrup since you have the convenience at every table to choose whatever syrup flavor they have. Every single employee in this restaurant acts like they're happy to be at work. That in itself is earns a 5 star for me. Our server, Robert, was amazing. Our order (Poblano Pepper Omelet, B&G and French Toast) was delivered quickly, tasted delicious and our server checked in on us appropriately, cleared our dishes when appropriate and made the experience all around pleasant. First I would like to say the morning started off okay and our waitress seemed to be nice at first. The service became an issue when we were waiting for our check to be given to us and what happened after that. For one, we had to wait at least 15 minutes for the waitress to come with the check, we heard the staff playing around in the back so I assume that's what the hold up was about. In other events, when the waitress finally came to give us our check, she proceeds to tell us that the system was going to shut down at 4 am (it was 3:58 am at that moment) she asked us if we wanted to hurry and try and run the card that moment or wait 15 minutes until it came back up; we decided to run it and it didn't work so we had to wait instead, no problem. 20 minutes pass and she comes back to get the card, then she came back to inform us yet again, that the system is was down. At this point we're getting irritated bc it's been at least 30 minutes that we've been in the restaurant after we were already ready to go. The waitress asked did I want to leave my debit card information????? At this point we're past irritated, so we asked if we can go to an atm, and they asked us to leave something and we said no because at this point we don't trust you after you asked us to leave debit card info??? As we were leaving, our waitress approached the police officers that were dining in and she told them about the situation and they all laughed about it, so at this point our waitress has showed us that she's irresponsible and unprofessional. When we got back from the atm (they thanked us for coming back as if they assumed we weren't coming back in the first place) we began to express our concerns to the manager and she completely dismissed us, and in the same token she threw the waitress under the bus blaming the entire situation on her. In hindsight, we spent almost an extra hour at this place of business due to an error on their part, and we had to be subjected to poor service, and possible discrimination. If it's known that the system shuts down at a certain time that should've been already communicated with us so we could have a plan in order before that time came. I would like to put emphasis on the fact that it's past 4am in the morning and two females had to go to an atm at that hour which made us feel very uneasy. I believe the management needs to be retrained, to say the least. The food was mediocre. read more

When we showed up they front hostess said another party took our reservation. We had to wait for 1hr and 30mins just to be seated. Another 45 mins for our food to arrive. Great customer service and quick food. The restaurant was busy and I was expecting a good wait time for our food but no I was wrong. Our food came within five minutes and very attentive to refills. We ordered breakfast for pickup and it was ready in 8 minutes. Their to go boxes are really neat, not your average styrofoam boxes. You can actually wash and reuse them again if you'd like. The NY cheesecake pancakes are delicious! They're not too sweet and the strawberry topping is seriously the best. I like crispy hash browns but not almost burnt. That's my only complaint: the hash browns are almost always over done. We've always had a good experience whenever we eat in but we prefer to order out. read more

When this location first opened, it was great! I had taken my family there several times. The last time I was there it smelled moldy, as if there was a water leak of some sort. I asked several times if there was a water issue, or a leak, or something. The waitress kept telling me no. BUT there was a humidifier blasting. I'm highly allergic to mold as is several of my children. We stayed hesitantly. My food came first, then it took 15 minutes for the kids to get their food. Obviously I'm not going to eat in front of my kids when they don't have food and are hungry. So my food was ice cold by the time everyone was served. I didn't finish my food, I couldn't. They were so slow and the waitress wasn't understanding anything we were saying . When we got our order we didn't have everything we ordered and we told her multiple times what we wanted and she just kept taking her time and for some odd reason the manger comes up and was like what's the problem and we told her want we wanted and she took her time too . I would have left a 5 star review if it weren't for the server who decided it was okay to stare at the receipt the whole time while my husband wrote down the tip amount. On a busy day, if the wait is long you should be truthful about the wait time. The Indian lady (who I'm assuming is the owner or manager) tells every person who walks up to the podium "15-20" minutes, even for large groups of 5-10 people, when it will be more like 30-45 or 45-60 minutes. DON'T LIE! Then the food is very sub-par. I've sent my food back multiple times. Once for being undercooked, then for hair in my food. Disgusting. On top of that, my drinking glass smelled dirty. Where to begin? My mother and I arrived and were told it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait for a table. Young lady took down my cell number and said she would call when table was ready. I waited 15 minutes then went in to see where we were on the list. There were still two people in front of us, but the young lady had her hands full with two men standing at the counter. They apparently were picking up to go orders, and were saying they did not get an order of grits and order of bacon. I am so sorry to say this, but one of them smelled so bad it made me physically sick. The manager came up front and I thought he was there to help her, but he did not. He listen to what was going on and walked off leaving her to deal with it. I felt very sorry for her. I went back out to the car and waited until the two men left. I went back inside, to my dismay, the odor was still there. But the manager came up and took us to a table. The table and benches were soaking wet and I use my napkin to dry them as best I could because after standing there for several minutes no one bothered to offer to dry the table. After we sat down the manager came over and asked what we wanted to drink. We gave him the drink water and I told him I needed another napkin because I had to use mine to wipe the table. He brought the drinks, no napkin, and never came back. Our waiter showed up with his mask covering his chin/beard.Masks don't do any good unless you cover your nose and mouth by the way. He had a sorry attitude and I couldn't get a napkin from him either. I ordered eggs with runny yolks and done whites. He wanted to educate me and say over medium. I explain to him I've been told that before but that does not mean the same thing to every cook. So I am specific about what I order. And, of course, when my eggs came out the yolks and the whites were done. There's nothing runny about my yolks. The food was mediocre and I told my mother it was sad to see this place in this condition. We normally stop there once every month. It looks like we will have to find somewhere new. They have the poor little girl upfront doing to go orders, keeping up with the waitlist for tables, wiping down tables, and dealing with problem customers. She was the only one in the whole place that smiled and had a good attitude. I have since gotten a call from the supervisor or whatever his title is along with his apologies an offer free food which I turned down. I don't want free food.
