So everything is literally covered by layers of dust, cigarette tar, saw dust. I probably did not stress the level of messiness clearly, and they were surprised by the amount of work needed. But even so, they managed to bring in more people and held up their guarantee to complete the work same day. The house is 10 times better after the cleaning. The clean was so detailed everything is sparkling and even old unfinished wood is much cleaner (which I didn't think you can effectively clean). Price is reasonable and communication is easy and fast. Downright the best cleaning team I've used.

When they were almost an hour late, I called David and he casually said, "Sorry, we thought you changed it to Friday. Must have confused you with someone else." No accountability whatsoever. When I understandably got upset because this completely screwed up our plans, he hung up on me. Now we're stuck scrambling last minute before guests arrive next weekend. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and unreliable. If you value your time or need a company that actually shows up when scheduled, avoid this business.
