We hired IH Flooring to install the luxury Amtico Signature range throughout our home, expecting high-quality workmanship to match the premium product. Unfortunately, the installation did not meet our expectations.
The installer used a cutter directly on the flooring without proper measurements, leaving visible surface scratches -- especially noticeable in sunlight. Within three months, bubbles began forming on the ground floor.
On the first floor, the installation creaks in several areas. We believe this is due to poor nailing of the plywood underfloor they installed during prep.
Though IH Flooring attempted a repair, new bubbles reappeared shortly after, the creakins has worsened and screw-heads bumps become visibile on the floor.
Regrettably, despite the Amtico quality itself, we're very disappointed with the installation. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend IH Flooring at all. read more
