Review for Urban Coast Tile, a subsidiary of Tile Market of Delaware at this address…read more Inaccurate product measurements on page resulted in a shortage of tile - customer service will not take responsibility, resulting in a shocking $400 in total shipping fees on $882 worth of tile. Drove the cost per square foot way up, delayed the project. Would have been happy with some sort of compromise for the error, but no effort at customer satisfaction attempted. Do not recommend shopping here at all.

Loved Working With Video Network!…read more If working with other companies went as smoothly as it did with Video Network In-House Productions, I would be in heaven. My website desperately needed a new website video. After a phone call and a few followups (to make sure everyone was on the same page), we shot the video at my business the following week. I was very happy with the final product. Steve was polite and very receptive to our ideas. If we ever need another video produced for our site or business, I know where to call.

I'd like to respond to the review by Jonathan W…read more Unique Image was sold the end of 2022 so we are unable to reply directly to the review- which was posted 3 years AFTER the poster placed the order. The details here are important to understand. This customer purchased his own shirts and only came to Unique Image (Ui) to have them printed. He had the shirts drop- shipped directly to Ui. The shirts were counted in as is the normal practice. The customer was notified immediately that the 3X shirts were not received and he should notify his vendor about the missing shirts to have them sent. Ui offered to print the shirts once they arrived. The customer was only charged for the printing of the shirts that were received, therefore no refund was warranted. Not sure what else the customer expected Ui to do for him as we were not the supplier of his shirts. Had he placed the order for the shirts with Ui we would've made sure he got them. Not sure why he's chosen to post about this 3 years later??!!
