All patients' needs are different and can take more/less time. She offers more to her patients than any doctor I have seen or been to in all of Texas. We were directed to contact the new billing company, but they advised that the issue must be resolved by the practice itself. Since then, we've been passed back and forth with no answers and no resolution. I also requested to speak with a manager on two separate occasions and never received a return call. As a healthcare professional, I understand that billing issues can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service has been incredibly frustrating.
