As a new patient I was eager to see Dr. Iglesias as she came highly recommended. I was told to have my physician send my records and to arrive at 8:15am. I was there when the office opened at 8:17am, which was later than I was supposed to arrive. My appointment was at 8:30am.
The receptionist made me wait for ten minutes until she finally opened the window (which, by the way, makes them appear unwelcoming and old fashioned), I gave her my ID and she indicated that I was scheduled with an oncologist. I said there was a mistake and asked if she had my records and she confirmed they did. I indicated that I had a 85 year old in a wheelchair that I had to leave for the appointment and requested that I be seen anyway because there weren't any patients in the office and she was there.
