After making a booking in advance, making all…read moreof the many preparations for our photo shoot, our photographer asked us on the day of our photoshoot if we could move the time. That fortunately was not a major problem for us, but was also not the experience we were expecting after making a reservation, and receiving a confirmation email encouraging us to be right on time, not early and not late. When we arrived, on time, the photo equipment was not set up. In a word, it did not feel like our appointment was a priority. Finally, the photographer did not have any props, so we were asked to hold our 6 year old child, who is not the same height as the rest of us. This was awkward and caused her shirt to ride up a bit. Photographer didn't notice or didn't mention until we were well into the shoot. Jeremy offered to digitally correct this in any photos we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately I have not been able to get in contact with him since then, and he seems to have stopped responding to emails and text messages. If we had been able to purchase a few photos, I could have given at least a 3 star review and possibly 4. We had neither the experience nor the photographs I was expecting and planning for.
