UPDATE: Kaytlyn finally responded to our email that was sent over 2 months ago, where we expressed our disappointments and requested a refund for the product that she did not deliver. She only responded because I left the below review, and in her email she agreed to honor that refund request; however, after providing refund details, we were met with an NDA in order to receive said refund. This is a testament to her true business practices and lack of ownership and care. We're incredibly disappointed with our experience having Kaytlyn photograph our wedding. After having a great experience getting engagement photos taken with her, we were shocked to see her lack of care and ownership when she called out sick on our wedding day, did not deliver photos in a timely manner, did not deliver the product we paid for, and did not respond to our requests for communication concerning these events. The backup photographer that we received was great, and the editing is good, but for what we paid and for the trust we lost, we cannot ever recommend anyone to Kaytlyn for wedding photography. read more

I don't normally write reviews but I got our family photos done by Kaytlyn. We have used her for our photos since 2021 and she is the best in the business. She is always so sweet, professional, and taking some extra shots for ideas I have. The editing of the photos were done beautifully and I always get my photos done in a timely manner. Kaytlyn has been my goto photographer for many years and I couldn't recommend her enough! Her skill is one of the best in the industry, she truly is an artist in her craft. I have had the opportunity to be in front of her camera many times as well as photograph along side her during weddings. I have the unique experience to be able to feel what its like be her client and on the other hand experience how she works behind the lens as well. She has such an amazing vision and eye for the end results - many people can look at something and know it's beautiful but not know how to capture it, or don't have the eye to see that something so ordinary can be so beautiful - but Kaytlyn always amazes me with her work and just how she sees things differently through her lens.
