I also ended up finding items that I haven't seen in some of the other locations I normally shop in, which was a great deal for me! I will say that making this trip was worth it. It was clean, items were on the shelves neatly, and customer service was great. I will make this one of my locations to shop more frequently!

When I finally got their attention, they told me the scale was broken, which added more time to my wait. When I tried to buy some heated deli items instead, I found out there were none available, even though it was still early in the afternoon. She did provide me with the deli items. When I got home, I realized they gave me a pound of turkey instead of chicken, and it cost over $11. I'm not a fan of turkey, so I was very disappointed. I know that talking to the management won't help, as this store is the only one in town and seems to disregard customer concerns. I've also noticed expired items on sale and brought them to Customer Service, but they don't seem to take it seriously. I think the corporate office needs to investigate the situation at the Manning Walmart more closely.

This was one of the most cleanest Publix I've ever went to and loved just walking all through the aisles just observing the store. The shelves were clean no dust at all. They even asked if you needed any help finding things I guess because I looked lost because I was mesmerized. I wish I could move to Charleston because of the hospitality was so moving. The food was cooked freshly cooked as you can tell because you could smell it in throughout the store. I would like to thank all the employees for being great with the customer service.

It's much easier to navigate than the bigger Walmart stores. I do find that the store is often under stocked and there are almost always pallets in the aisles waiting to go on shelves. I've also noticed that the store seems understaffed. The staff who do work here seem to be courteous and helpful. Given the volume of customers at this store the parking lot is tiny. It doesn't help that 30 parking spots are taken up for pickup spots. That seems excessive and they are spots closest to the doors. Part of me gets that but there are a lot of people who don't qualify for disabled tags but still need closer parking. This was a poor decision and certainly isn't customer-forward thinking. It's almost as if Walmart realizes some of the folks on that side of town don't have a lot of choice. The wait time to check out is almost always excessive. Overall, the store simply needs to hire more staff.
