I review the bad and the good. So, I am very saddened to finally get an opportunity to talk to one of the Fairborn Kroger's employees that I have called about, went online about, and personally talked to a manager about say she hasn't received any praised about a review I reported. Her name is Sharon, she monitors the Uscan at Fairborn's Kroger. She is an epitome of customer service, I go to the Fairborn store about 4 times a week (I try to stay out of the Xenia Store as much as possible) there has not been one time that she has not greeted me with a smile, offered help when it looks like I'm struggling, and thanked me as I'm leaving. That is customer service, and she should be acknowledged. DO BETTER FAIRBORN KROGERS!!!!!!!

I went to UDF on Brown St., Dayton OH on 3/30/2024 at approx. 9:15 pm. First, UDF has a kiosk to…read moreorder ice cream and it infers that you have to pay before you get the product (which I'm not clear if that is correct). Secondly, I had used the kiosk and after paying for the ice cream, the UDF employee told me that they were out of vanilla so I asked for chocolate, which of course, that ice cream flavor was not available. She then asked me with a frustrated attitude "what do you want"-no courtesy and no apology for being out of the flavors. The bottom line is first you pay and then find out the store is out of the requested ice cream flavor. In addition you may have to deal with a very funky attitude from the employee... and I love UDF ice cream.

The staff is oober friendly once you've decided to eat there, but a little aggressive if you were just trying to pass by. The fry cooks have heckled people for not eating there before. I don't think a single Japanese person works there. It seems to be mostly Chinese-staffed, and the food, though great, is not traditional Japanese by any stretch of the imagination.
