There is a covered entrance that already had a line when I approached. I grabbed a shopping cart before entering and gave the necessary information for pre order pickup to the nice ladies that staffed the first counter. I was excited to see Young's Dairy (Yellow Springs) ice cream as I waited and shopped in the line. I was able to get bacon, ground round, steaks, and a nice chuck roast. There was a nice selection of rolls, pies, cakes and other items to complement a holiday feast. They were not making fresh sandwiches so I purchased roast beef, pepperoni, and Heidi Ann Swiss cheese to make sandwiches at home. After I was done shopping and about 3/4 around the line which horseshoes around the store, I was asked for my receipt that was given when I confirmed my pre order @the first counter. This person brought my boxed turkey and confirmed that 16 pounds was good with me regarding size. I was ushered to the nearest check out counter and made an easy exit. So far the only thing I've tried was the roast beef, pepperoni, and cheese. All were delicious.

The one at 405 main street is strictly in store without deliveries. It is not the one that handles the on-line stuff or deliveries. None of which is communicated with customers on line. This clearly needs to be made public knowledge. I have no problem driving down the street to the well stocked one. The software appears to be quite antiquated and not simple for old people to use. Since New Carlisle is full of retired people that is not good for business.
