I would say I was satisfied with my visit but I left my phone with them to fix my cámara my phone was perfectly ok no scratches or anything on the screen or on the back of the phone they fixed the cámara but ruined everything else they scratched my screen all over it was not like that when I left it there they were saying it's not there fault and they have it layed on a flat surface I don't recommend this place I went here cause it was cheaper that the Apple store GO TO THE APPLE STORE now I have to pay 400 to get my screen fixed read more

This is worst run store I've ever TRIED to be a customer at. I paid for a iPhone 7plus screen on July 29, and they told me they would call me when the screens came in. After two weeks I called up there and they said they sold all those screens and mine would be in next shipment. Continue this cat and mouse game for months of visiting the store, calling, etc, with no screens. Just visited today and wanted a refund and was turned away to be told I had to come back tomorrow to have the refund processed by the manager. Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I have been waiting on my iPad to be repaired for 5 months. The regional manager has never returned a phone call or email to discuss how to expedite repair. I sent the iPad in for a simple screen repair they broke the mother board twice and had to send it off for further repair. Went to pick it up only to discover they changed the screen from white to black but left the home button white and before leaving the store the home button stopped working . Terrible service. The manager lied to me about the service they were going to perform on my iPad. Once I got my iPad back it was not fixed nor working properly I needed a new home button...they took my iPad apart and repositioned the same button. Charged me $75 for that. As I was walking out I'm testing the button and it falls out of place under the screen. So now I'm pissed and they don't want to give me my money back. They lied and said they told me that it might not work. Beware! Do not go to these people. Go somewhere that is going to stand behind their word... like Cellairis down the hall! read more

I wish you could give 0 stars because that is what the staff and company is worth. I have never dealt with so many people lying at a place of business in my entire life. They had my electronics for over 2 weeks and it was still not repaired. My initial quote was 1 day! Then after talking to three different people which all had the same answer mind you... "your screen will be in the next shipment." BEWARE! iFixandRepair Wolfchase is absolutely the worst! Do not take your electronic items here if you value them at all! The technicians are incompetent and the Manager is never there and will not return your phone call or emails! We had an iPad dropped off in November of 2019 to be fixed for a cracked screen. This was supposed to be a 1 day repair. The technician they had broke the iPad and it had to be sent off to be repaired! We have been given several dates for completion. The most recent was March 5, 2020, only to come in and find the iPad with a black face and white home button. The original color of the iPad is Gold with a white face and home button. While trying to see if it worked properly the home button stopped working all together in the store! We've reached out to the Manager Alex and even to the District Manager Ron Coleman several times with no response! The customer service and professionalism of this shop is horrible! They will take no responsibility in this situation and have yet to give us our iPad in working order. read more

I went to this store one month ago to get my iPad screen fixed , which they said they could order it for 159.99, so I paid it and I called week after week and they kept telling me that it wasn't in yet, so today I called and they tell me that they gave me the wrong price , that it cost 280.00. Took an item to replace a cracked screen; took it back three days later due to the home screen button sticking. We then discovered they had cracked the LCD screen while repairing it. Was told they would order it and it would be fixed in a couple days. Needless to say 4 weeks later they have done nothing and keep giving us the run around. Brought in our ipad mini for screen repair. First time they had "issues with shipment" and had the iPad for 3 weeks. Once it was fixed they forgot to call. "We get busy and forget to call, you know that can happen". When we got the iPad home we noticed that the screen was misaligned and acting up by itself without us touching it. We brought it back and they said sometimes they get a bad screen. Now we have been waiting another 2 weeks and still haven't got it back. WARNING!!!!! Do not shop here! I went in to purchase a case for my tablet.I told them what type of tablet she assured me that it wld work. Wrong !! I took it back within the 10 day product exchange talked to a guy he took down my name and number and exactly what I needed and said they wld have to order it and they wld call when it comes in well I had to call them and they said that it still hadn't come in almost 4 weeks later I called and talked to I believe Danny he apologized and called the person that sold me the tablet she said she didn't know what kind of case I needed, well why didn't you call and ask, he told me to come in the next day he wld order it . Purchased a screen for an IPhone and was told I would be called when the screened arrived. I was never called...i then innitiated contact and was told that if I brought my phone to the store it would be fixed...I brought my phone to the store and was told no screens were available...gentlemen wrote my name and number down to call when screens were available...I never got a call...I asked for a refund and I was told to show up to the store during specific hours to get a refund...thank GOD my bank is reliable and has fantastic customer service...hopefully through this process they can learn how customer service works from a company rated with fantastic customer service...do not go to this store read more

Quick and great service! Fixed my screen in 15 minutes!

My son took my Samsung Galaxy NotePro 12.2 tablet to iFixandRepair in the Wolfchase Mall yesterday and paid $220 for the screen to be repaired. He was told to bring the tablet back after he paid for the repairs. My son left the store and gave the tablet to my granddaughter hold while they were in the mall, which she set down and it was stolen. My son returns to iFix within 20-30 minutes to get a refund and they refuse. I don't know ifg the store clearly has posted a no refund policy, but the receipt has a no refund policy. They had no time to order the parts needed so they weren't out of any money, nor did they do any work on the tablet. BUT NO REFUND!!??? They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and I will be filing a complaint with them as well as the Attorney General's office. From the other reviews, it appears they are committing fraud by not repairing the devices or by putting incorrect screens on them. Please contact the BBB and file a complaint. I'd like to see if the news stations would run a story based off of these complaints. UPDATE: The manager just called me and is giving us a full refund in the form of a corporate check. I will update this review when the check arrives. UPDATE: My son received his refund check within the 10 days as promised. The company did see my initial review and mentioned it, which is why I believe is the only reason they gave the refund back. I won't be doing business here again. Beware of this company. Took my daughters tablet to have the battery changed, and they kept it for 30 days. Was told at first it would be 7 to 10 business days for the battery to come in. After 10 business days I called only to be told "we will call when we done!" After 3 weeks I called again and was told the battery is coming in next week. Finally after 30 days I called, (Notice they will not contact you, you will have to contact them) they said the battery is finally in, only to say the battery did not work and you have to pay a diagnostic charge of 25 dollars, because they put the battery in and it wouldn't turn on. I asked to see the battery I paid for and it wasn't available. Don't fall prey to this company,RUN!!!!!! read more

I told the guy I was out of town and would come get my phone fixed in a few days when I got back. Well I come back and they sold the screen I already paid for!! This is fraud and they were totally unprofessional and didnt even apologize. I rightfully demanded a refund but t wasted hours at that place- today in professional nobody knew what was going on. My husband and I are (CORRECTION: WERE) ifixandrepair repeat customers for iPad repair. Our 8 yr old daughter is autistic. Much of her learning and communication is done though apps on her iPad 3. We took her iPad there on 9/2/16 for a broken screen repair. We returned an hour later only to be told it needed to be "sent off" due to a blown backlight issue. For some reason my husband didn't feel right about it. He had Destin write his full name, the issue, the estimated time for repair (7-14 business days) and current date on the back of our receipt. At the time of this review, 10/16/16, we still have not received our daughter's iPad 3. I have called the store repeatedly several times a week to check on the status. First, it wasn't sent off until a week after we dropped it off on 9/2. Then, each time I call their system showed it was being repaired. Then, a few calls later, it was showing that it was repaired. Several calls after that, their system is showing it has been shipped back to the Wolfchase location. Guess what? More calls after that, the system is showing it was sent back. However, they have no idea where it is. I am beyond irate at this point. They refuse to provide me with a tracking number. The only response I get is call back and talk to Cassandra, the store owner. No, tell Cassandra she needs to call me. At this point, there are only 2 options to remedy this situation; my daughter's iPad returned and MONEY paid refunded or they provide a brand NEW iPad 3 or better. I don't want a refurbished ipad from them only to have to return to them to get it repaired. If you are told it has to be "sent off", grab your merchandise and run out of the store! I wouldn't give them 1 star if the rating system would let me. Thanks to them my autistic daughter has been struggling to communicate in school and at home for over a month because she doesn't have her iPad with her apps that she knew how to work to form sentences to communicate her needs, wants or when she was in pain. I will be filing a claim with the BBB or a lawsuit if her iPad is not returned or this issue resolved this week. read more
