My daughter was at the mall with her friends and decided she would get her screen fixed at this establishment. She said the guy, Ray, told her it would be a possibility that her home button would not work, it doesn't happen often but it happens. She received her phone and he was right, it did not work. He then proceeded to tell her that she signed the contract and he gave her a huge discount. Being a child she left. When I picked her up she told me and I immediately went to the store. He told me that the screen must've been defective. I explained to him that she is a minor child and nothing should've been done without a parent. He said that he'll put her old screen back on and refund her money tomorrow (today) since it was 5 minutes before closing. I am sitting here in front of the store at 7:30pm and the store is closed (posted hours until 9pm). I will not support this establishment again and highly suggest that you don't either! UPDATE...back on Sunday and they are closed, again. It's 2:29pm UPDATE...it took until Tuesday and Charles, the owner, was able to get her phone fixed, the correct way. He was very personable and willing to rectify the issue. If you choose to go there make sure you speak with Charles. Because of him if I ever need a phone fixed I will consider returning to this establishment. read more

If I could give no stars I would. A few months ago my grandparents decided to take my phone to this place to get it fixed since my cousin got his phone fixed and said it was great. This entire process was 3-4 weeks and nothing but bullshit and lies. This place I will never go back to and I recommend you don't either. They said they could fix my phone and then kept going back and forth saying they couldn't then they could. They even said my phone was ready for pick up when In fact it wasn't and they lied about sending it to get the screen fixed and we were charged for a bunch of stuff they didn't even fix. They messed up my phone even more so to the point where it didn't even work anymore. I had to get it fixed somewhere else. I seriously don't think anyone should come here. read more

I called to get a price quote for a Samsung Galaxy J7 screen replacement and the jackass on the phone told me that I had called the store multiple times and told me to stop calling. Mind you that i have never contacted this store in my life but once I told him that he said "Ha ha that's funny," then hung up the phone. Last time I checked to get someones business you do not tell them to stop calling and then basically call them a liar when you tell them you have never contacted the store before. Then i called back because i wanted an answer for my phone. I was eventually able to get a repair quote for my phone, but the tone in which it was received seemed as if it was a huge inconvenience for him, and after he told me the quote, he immediately hung up. My review is an ongoing review with a to be determined end ........ on December 10 I brought my iPhone 6s+ in with a shattered screen The gentleman working repaired it in record time and it looked great.....and then after 4 days the issue began of going black screen and putting itself on mute and sometimes the speaker so I took it back in and the same very nice gentleman repaired it explaining what the issue was and again I was ecstatic because I once again had use of my phone. Welcome, December 22 evening and again my phone black screens the exact same way as before again 4 days so being that it's going to be Christmas eve then the next day I know that I may not reach anyone until the day after Christmas 12/26/2018 so at 11:38 am I call a number listed ...... not the correct number so ok I find and call the correct number at 12:12 pm getting an answering service (Yay) but the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message so since it says they are open I call again at 12:25 hoping to speak to the gentleman who has done the first two repairs still nothing but the same message and since I know the mailbox is full I try one more time at 12:42 with the same result. Hopefully tomorrow 12/27/18, I will get someone on the phone (hopefully the gentleman who has fixed it twice before because even when the screen was shattered my phone did not act up this much so this review will get an ending and then a star 100% UPDATE: Today I went back in and The same awesome Gentlemen helped me discovering that my battery was the issue so he replaced it along with a screen protector he so nicely put on for me so I didn't mess it up with husky hair , my hair or fingerprints Since day one This shop has been amazing and I'm so very thankful now I'm still going to wait 4 days but I have an amazing feeling third times the charm Definitely recommend this establishment to everyone. A couple weeks ago, I went here with my 8-year-old daughter who had a cracked screen on her iPad mini 2. We needed her screen replaced quickly and at a reasonable price. After our experience, I could not wait until the Yelp page went up for this store so I could write a positive review! This place deserves business! Not only was the screen replacement price the best I could find anywhere in the area (and, yes, I did the research), but the parts used were high quality. Also, the gentleman who replaced the screen clearly knew what he was doing. He was very professional and courteous. The location was perfect, too, as we were able to eat and run some errands in the mall within the hour that it took for the screen replacement. It only took an hour! And the iPad mini 2 looked brand new! I can't say enough good things about this shop. All I can say is if you live in the Oviedo area (or if you happen to be in the area) this is the place to go for your mobile device repairs and screen replacements. It's a local shop that beats out any of the "Big Chain" repair shops in terms of price, quality, and most of all, customer service. Go here! read more

I came here at 3pm to find a sign on the door saying they won't return until 6pm. Very inconvenient as their hours are listed as 10am-9pm

This was a poor experience. took my phone in for a small repair. I was told they made an error and had broken my hone and couldn't solder the parts back on. they owner said he would upgrade my phone at no charge. when the phone came I had to take it to get a new sim card..(Where was my old sim card?)I had to bring it back because the phone was dead. a week goes by and after feeling like they were avoiding my phone calls, I get a call that the 2nd new phone is ready. I get there and the tech has no idea that i'm still waiting for my phone. I am sent out to get another sim card. (Where are my other sim cards? the tech tells me to go and get another one and he will pay me for the cost out of his own pocket if he has to. I come back with the reciept for the sim and the tech says, Yeah, i'm not paying you for that. Great I'm thinking..a day later the 2nd phone is dead and the apple store says it will cost $267 to fix this wonderful upgrade they gave me. I have NO PHONE and It's been 3 weeks. I think these guys are headed for the toilet. don't leave your phone with them you might never get it back. I didn't. read more
