The gym has very limited hours and on holidays they limit their hours even more, so when you have time off from work for a holiday you cannot use the gym. From the outset Billy was so kind and helpful, introducing me to my trainer Jaime. It's been 4 months since I started working out with Jaime and the results are clear -- I can wrangle my boys, carry heavy things, and have more endurance in all the tasks of being a mom. I feel stronger. Diakadi's trainers go through a rigorous interview process and looking around every time I go people are working out in a way that supports long term health and fitness, vs the way group fitness pushes you but often at the expense of injury. With all the literature on the importance of muscle mass for long term health, this is hands down the best investment in myself I've made in the past few years.

Here's just a few examples: I love to travel and traveling always ruins my workout momentum. Kaden created a hotel workout program with resistance bands that was actually challenging. When I stay in hotels with a gym but less equipment he also changes the workouts to fit the equipment I have available. No matter what I'm working out consistently every week so I'm constantly building momentum. I've been on 4 week long trips since we started training together and each time Kaden has supported me through those trips. my lower back always hurts when doing exercises like planks and Romanian dead lifts. Told him how my lower back hurts and he adjusted the workout to avoid exercises that hinge at the lower back while we did targeted lower back exercises to strengthen it. He encouraged me to work out 6 days a week to hit my own aggressive wedding body goals that I set but after trying it for 2 weeks and I just couldn't make it happen with my schedule, he reworked it to 4 days. But my favorite part about working with Kaden is how knowledgeable he is. I'm always asking questions like why are the wrong muscles being used and how to correct my form for my body type. He understands that everyone's body is different and requires different exercises and that's what I realized is the biggest selling point of personal training. Personalized workout program to your body to your goals to your timeline. For the first time in a decade I'm seeing muscle growth and fat loss and progress towards my goals. I can't recommend Kaden enough. He's also super fun and it feels like I'm working out with my friend except he grabs all my weight for me and cleans up after me as well. 200% recommend Kaden

I'm new to strength training and was nervous about signing up, but Richard has made the overall experience very approachable and I look forward to our sessions because of the results I'm seeing. Richard is knowledgeable and thoughtful in the workouts he designs. He's conscious of any injuries or weakness I might have going into each session, and will tailor the workout accordingly. The sessions go by quickly (I don't find myself checking the time and wishing the hour was over like I do during some group fitness classes..) and they're challenging and effective.
