Two weeks after I got a rejection letter from Florida saying that I need to go through a law enforcement agency. I called stating this and I was told they do this all the time and they would call and inquire as to why I was rejected. I followed up with him and he said he never got a reply. They did offer to redo my prints (which would only get rejected again). I called Florida law and was told they do not accept 3rd party fingerprinting services. I told him what they said and asked for a refund. He told me to ask Florida Law for a refund because they didn't put that information on their renewal form. How could he have done this before if they don't accept 3rd party? Steer clear!!
