I scheduled an appointment for my husband. We live about 45 min-hr away depending on traffic. Office was closed for emergency. Didn't receive email notice until he was already there. Wish I had read reviews as this is not the first time. read more

This place makes TSA-precheck hassle free. There's plenty of parking. You may want to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible because they'll just call names as they're scheduled. There's no check-in process necessary. Have payment on hand and i.d., as well as your passport. read more

So this place in Colton "opening" hours are posted at the door saying the hours are "9am to 5pm" but when you schedule you appointment with TSA they start appointment thies at 8 am. I was here last week with an 8:20 appointment they opened at 9:33am. Back this morning with my wife her appointment 8:10am it is now 10am doors STILL locked there have been up to 12 people waiting for them to open, now it's down to 3 people. read more

Went here for TSA appointment at 1:20. Arrived 5 minutes early. At 2:05, I left because I had another appointment. So disappointed. The waiting room was full. They take fingerprinting. So a lot of walk ins. Disappointed that appointments weren't honored. Shouldn't overbook. There were 2 TSA pre checks ahead of me. So I would have been there for another hour. I have rescheduled my appointment to first thing in the morning. Hopefully I won't have the same problem. I will update my review after my next appointment. Update: Made an appointment for 8:00 am. Came 15 minutes early, seen at 8:00. Out in less than 10 minutes. So early appointments are the way to go. :) read more

This is the local TSA frequent traveler pre-screening office. Checks your passport and takes fingerprints. I made an appt on the TSA website but arrived appox 30 mins early. You never know the traffic in So Cal. Anyway, these guys were very courteous and professional. I was in & out in 10 minutes. Gave em a 5! read more

Disorganized. I arrived at 08:20 for an 08:30 TSA Pre-check appointment to a waiting room full of people and nobody working the reception window and no sign-in sheet. So I stood (all seats taken) and waited. Another guy showed up at 08:35 for an 08:30 appointment and then another guy at 08:40 for an 08:45 appointment. Someone finally came to the window and everyone formed a line of which I was at the end of. We registered our names and appointment times. Then people were called in the order names were registered with no regard to appointment times or arrival times. Both the guys who arrived after me, even the one with an appointment time after mine, were serviced before me. After relaying this experience to a friend, he said I should have gone to the Rancho Cucamonga office. Avoid the Colton office if you value your time and prefer even a small amount of order. read more

Took the day from work to get this among other things completed on a Friday. The office was EMPTY and I was 7 minutes passed the time that they stop taking walk ins, per the woman who assisted me, it is a 15 minute process. I guess they were itching to get their weekend started. Anyhow, I scheduled an appointment as they instructed for earlier today. I was 5 minutes late in to the office (baby in tow) and they refused me. I under stand 10 minutes late, but this seems ridiculous. We showed up this morning after spending the night in the local mountains. It was fairly easy to find the business. We walked in, checked in, were told to have a seat. We didn't even get a chance to sit down and an employee named Huey, called us back. He took our information, was knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly, quick. We were in and out of there in under 20 minutes. Granted, we did make our appointments online which I highly recommend. I imagine that they do get very busy as most people do not want to waste their time standing in lines at the airport, taking off their shoes, pulling out their liquids and laptops etc. when you can pay $85 to avoid all of that TSA process and just board the plane. Also of great importance, once you are cleared it's good for five years. BONUS!!!!! read more

My appointment was for 1PM I showed up 10 minutes early and registered. 1:45 was when I was called for processing, which took maybe 5 minutes to scan my passport and scan my fingerprints for TSA PreCheck. No explanation. No "sorry it took so long". 45 minutes late. read more

The office looked like a rent-by-the Day dump. Signs and furniture look temporary. I was greeted by a rude guy in shorts and sandals that asked for a credit card and passport. The online document said driver's license and passport. It looked like a criminal enterprise. I took my documents and left. read more

My wife and I had a 1:00 and 1:30 pm appointments scheduled for TSA PRE. We arrived at 1:00 PM and were greeted in a very professional and courteous manner by the woman at the front counter. With in 10 minutes we were lead back to an office for a short Q&A session, to scan our birth certificates, drivers licenses, and to have our finger prints taken. This was the worst customer service I've ever received from anyone and any place. The guy (won't refer to him as a gentleman because he wasn't), at the front desk, must be in his early to mid 30's wearing a dingy beanie, was absolutely rude. He never even greeted me except for asking me to provide him my passport. No hello and not even a smile. I thought he must've just been having a bad day so I thought I'd be nice and break the ice. I smiled at him, said hello and said smile a little. His reply: "I could but I won't", with a flat affect, than he asked for my ID. I was shocked, taken back and was going to leave. As I stood up to walk out, a young lady came out, with a smile, greeted me and asked how she could help. It astounds me that people like that guy can work for the public and much less be someone who you'd see when you first walk into a business. If you don't like people, don't work providing customer service guys. read more

This place is horrible. I went for my TSA Pre-check - They have no knowledge of various visas and documentation - and on top of it all, are very rude. I spoke to the manager and he was the most arrogant person I have ever encountered. He insinuated to me that I am in the US illegally ! I will never go back and I hope no one else does. We arrived over an hour early. The staff here were gracious, professional, and friendly. They worked us in very quickly. The young woman who processed our application could not have been more professional, efficient, and friendly. The neighborhood seemed light industrial but clean and fairly new. Let's just start with the fact that this place is a ghetto hole-in-the-wall in the worst neighborhood. I arrived there 20 minutes early for my TSA appointment and stood at the check-in window for about 5 minutes & decided to sit down and wait for someone to come to the registration window. There were four other customers there ahead of me with appointments some of whom had been there an hour or more. Finally, 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time someone finally came to the window but instead of helping me first as I was getting out of my chair to go to the window they helped someone who was walking in! I sat & listened to the conversation a bit. The customer mentioned being 30 minutes early & they told him they'd be bringing him back early since he arrived early. I was like "hello, I've been waiting 30 minutes for someone to come to the window ". The girl behind the glass just stared at me like I had lobsters crawling out of my ears. I just walked out. I ended rescheduling my appointment in Rancho Cucamonga. I'm willing to make the drive to deal with people who actually operate in a timely manner. read more
