Nothing was done and it doesn't seem like there really was any guarantee at all as the line were still there with no futher treatment. It was a waste of my time and honestly I could have sent a picture for them to tell me oh you get what you get and to further recommend me more skincare products. : ( Service: For your 1st visit they want you to sign a waiver for taking your pictures specifically on this waver it says that they have control of these photos and they can be used for a variety of broad purposes. When I did not feel comfortable signing that they verbally said that what was written was not correct and they only use it to guarantee the work. I told them I still did not feel comfortable signing as that was not what was legally presented to me. If that is the case the document needs to be changed. The front desk lady seemed quite annoyed by my response visibly but the technician was OK with it and I let her take photos. Sales: pushed for membership and products, thankfully not too aggressively but brought up each visit. Location: Shared lot not great but usually you can find something. Owell I can't recommend.
