Had my roof replaced in 2022 by Southside Roofing, the job was bid and completed without any…read moreissues. In early 2024 I noticed a leak in my roof that was actually bad enough that it has leaked into the adjacent wall in my garage, I called the number I had saved for Southside and got the dreaded out of service message. I then immediately called Lafayette Home Improvement and they told me that they had no affiliation with Southside Roofing because they were a dba and now bankrupt. Well after several phone calls they finally agreed to come look at the leak but kept postponing due to weather etc. and it got the point that they did not return my calls. That is where I am still at with this, I have a roof leak that I cannot afford to out of pocket and Southside Roofing and Lafayette Home Improvement LLC. are totally off the hook for repairs.
