i am beyond pissed rats eat everything i owned and i continue to find dead rats in my belongings they say its due to poison but i have not seen one thing in poison and walked the hole place it was supposed to be climate control but everything i owned was molded i can handle that but rat shit and piss is different and i cant replace my kids hospital stuff and other iteams that was destroyed and to my suprise they have you sign a agreement when renting that all damage due to rodents you will cover to to save their own ass i have pictures of damaged stuff and of the dead rats as well read more

Upon purchasing my 2nd storage unit and their lock the owner ask if ID like to leave my spare key. Yes! ( we had issues with lights in there) now the new owner can't find my spare key purchased from the business. They also want to charge me $30 to cut my current lock after loosing my spare key. This was my last straw. After a rat infestation and holes in my leather sofa, an ant infestation in the bay door of my unit which kept me from entering for over 7 days, their customer service is NON EXISTENT I urge you to choose another storage facility. There are also people living in parts of this storage facility. Its also becoming extremely unsanitary. Mike the owner lives out if state and is seemingly nothing more than a slum lord. Again, once your in they are going to do you damage. Or there rats and ants will one.. read more
