They're very kind and there to help stabilize a life that's been destabilized by drug addiction. Office ladies and doc Eve are great.

I had my wits about me and thought to myself, I have hoodies and I will wait until I am discharged and then make an ethical assessment. YES, the detox was great, I would start there. Amazing techs who take care of everything you need, and want. LOVE them. Then if you choose to do the entire 90 program within housing that's another story. I enjoyed my time there except for these things. NO house manager at the girls house. To be honest it wasn't a problem until they sent in addicts with dual diagnosis. It was a nightmare. Trying to do what you need to do within the program and on top of it "babysit" other clients on our schedule, etc. I wish them all well, they needed extra help which this institute could not provide. I was pushing 4 months when they encourage clients to gain employment......which is virtually impossible when you have about 3 hours of free time (with meetings that they need to bill to be compensated, meet with your sponsor, homework from your counselor, chores, laundry, shopping, cooking and personal time ....WHICH THEY SAY AGAIN AND AGAIN you need in recovery). I gained employment and I decided to take the job, the owner and his son told me they would work with me. I was discharged. My hours did not work with their "program" and other inconsistencies... between what they say and what they do is mayhem. Am I upset about this ? YES, I am. But during the entire program, I complied. I am sure that Ben Randolph will attempt to have this removed, but he is like any other LLC. He's the type of person that will steal your things and help you look for them. Detox is awesome, the LLC itself, awful. I went through 3 counselors in 4 months. You tell me?

Worst rehabilitation center I've been to. I'm grateful to be sober for 3 years no thanks to them. Pro trip: people can tell when you actually CARE about them versus throwing medication at them and cashing in their insurance....

When I began looking for help, there was not a whole lot of information availa6ble and there still isn't...I hope my honest review will help others find the help they need and avoid any of the difficulties that I endured . First of all, Doris at the front desk is very rude.. I thought it was just me at first that she looked down on, but I started noticing that she treated all clients this way. Dont expect to have a conversation about anything regarding your appointment or basic pleasantries with her, However, she seemed very pleasant ( flirtatious on one occasion) to the sales men that came in while I was waiting to be seen. My first encounter with Dr Bahl, was pleasant although he was a bit nosey with his questions concerning my finances. I later learned that not everyone was charged the same for the same services rendered. I never saw him again until my last and final visit, where he made it very clear his motivation is money. I was told that Myspace attendance was poor and that I had yet to see a therapist and so I would not be welcomed back. I agree I did have a few cancelled appointments, I lived 45 minutes away and with the traffic I had also been late a few times. However, I had valid reasons, including documentation showing I was in the hospital er and the most recent being a teachers strike that left me without childcare. Dr. Bahl reprimanded me for my missed appointments, stating that he still had to pay his employees and that my abscences hurt his business financially, however, he not only hadn't lost any money due to my missed appointments, he made more money by charging me additional fees for the missed appointments. To be clear, i was not only charged for the appointments missed but I was also charged cancellation fees, which I paid. In regards to me not seeing his therapist, at the beginning I was told the therapist was taking some time off and then I was told there was no therapist employed at the time and there hadn't been until recently and even then he/she was not available on the days I was being scheduled to come in. In my opinion Dr. Bahl is only motivated by money and he lacks any compassion for the people seeking help. During my time there I was seen by Brooke and this is the reason I am giving the place 2 stars and not 3. Brooke is a wonderful, helpful and compassionate doctor and I have nothing but positive itthings to say about my time with her. I am unsure of what the charges are if you have medical insurance but as a cash paying client I was charged $300 a month where as a family member who startegoinqexg there six months prior to me was only being charged $150 for the same services.

They provides support to young people experiencing symptoms of psychosis for the first time. She was diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and PTSD when she was 13. Then about 10 months later she confided in me that she was having overwhelming fears of being watched in places that didn't make sense to me, like our private bathroom at home. Then she would be in bed at trying to sleep and hear someone whispering her name in her ear. Even watching TV or movies was challenging because she would see things that I didn't see like ghoulish faces on characters suddenly appearing then disappearing. We discussed this with the private psychiatric nurse she was already seeing and after determining she had prodromal schizophrenia she referred my daughter to EASA. We first met with Tammy Talbert, the Program Director and she did an assessment or questionnaire with my daughter. It was so validating to my daughter to be able to have questions being asked that confirmed her experiences. Things she hadn't even told me about, like hallucinations that included smell, taste, touch sound and visual. Later we were able to meet with the Occupational therapist Michelle DeOliveira. She's been so helpful figuring out strategies for my daughter to approach the environment around her and feel safer. The mental health therapist David Castleton has such vast experience and great demeanor. He is very approachable and helps solve real world problems. He's definitely an advocate you want on your side. I'm so very grateful for the Lifeworks NW EASA Team and we haven't even met everyone yet. Booze and drugs being the main thing someone should check themselves in to this place for. The clinical staff here is absolutely amazing and the BHT's are top notch. Stephanie, Faith and Jarrod are some of the most amazing people I will ever meet. The main thing that's difficult about this place is that's it's a for profit business. We live in America so I completely understand that's how things are done BUT the patients do feel the effects of it. I was lucky when I went there. It wasn't filled to max capacity so I was able to spend an appropriate amount of days in res 1 before I was moved to res 2. After res I spent 20 days in PHP. Before I completed the program the village filled up completely. To accommodate for this newer patients were pushed/rushed through certain stages of the program. They'd go from res 1 to res to in under 7 days. The excuse they were given was that their insurance insisted that this happened to them. After the clients contacted their insurance provider they were told that no one from RVR had contacted them what so ever. The food is here is pretty damn good. A lot of clients come here very unhealthy due to drug use. Just be careful to not over endulge so your pants still fit after you're ready to go home. The last thing I'd like to mention is that besides the res 2 room. The chairs that are provided are extremely uncomfortable. You're required to sit in class for up to 1.5 hours at a time so be prepared.
