Waste of time. Bottom line: customers have to commit $800 before receiving any treatment for Botox. For an entire week, I spoke with them regarding my needs. They repeatedly assured me that it could be done. Then, I spoke with them again over the phone regarding my needs, again, they assured me it could be done. THEN, during the consult, they inform me that I have to buy a $800 package to receive the $150 treatment I've been requesting all week. I've taken this case to the business bureau bc this type of practice is illegal and wastes everyone's time. Edit: To the owners response of my post. I'll be completely frank: Alysse is a con-artist. I came in for two treatment areas. Not only did I NOT get that, she added on an extra treatment while I was in there (on opposing sides so you HAVE to come back), but then took my license and did a hard pull on my credit without my knowledge or consent, which is ILLEGAL. In fact, she brought in my card while I was attached to the equipment. She signed me up for FOURTEEN treatments at a cost of $9,000. I didn't sign that paper. Oddly enough, that particular page had a hand-written line and "my" signature in the middle-right of the page. Any official document would already include signature and date lines at the bottom. After looking through this folder of junk, I notice that page. I call HCS (the loan place) immediately and cancel the loan. Alysse says she'll do the same. The last time I went in there was August 6th and I paid the money I owed with my credit card. The loan wasn't dispersed until August 14th. So, I didn't spend a single penny of that loan. That "contract" stipulated that if no money was spent by me before September 1st, the "contract" would be void. So Alysse and Ideal Image have $7,500 from HCS that they're trying to get ME to pay. I called Ideal Image corporate and was told that they're lucky they are a franchise because that is not the way Ideal Image does business and it certainly doesn't line up with their core values. I showed all the e-mails between Alysse, the woman from HCS, and myself (where they both admit to legality and ethical issues on Alysse's part) to my credit card company and they found Ideal Image to have obtained money in a fraudulent manner and they did a charge back on Ideal Image. I got over $2,000 of what I paid myself and I've stepped up the issue with HCS to have this fake "contract" handled and Ideal Image can pony up the money the straight up STOLE. I love Ideal Image, but I will NEVER go to a franchise again. They hide prices, don't give you what you actually asked for, and create add-on areas that you never asked for. I was given upper abdominals that I NEVER asked for... I trusted them and assumed the applicator would be moved down to cover my entire stomach (the stomach is what I wanted) throughout the process. Nope. Never happened. They made me pay for that. I will say that every other staff member I encountered was wonderful and friendly. Alysse was too friendly; touching my hair TWICE. But I suppose you do what you need to in order to scam people... try to make you seem like their friend. Looking throughout this thread, it appears as thought the business owner was never actually notified of this issue, because I was never told her name or given her contact information. Or, if she was, she never bothered to reach out or go over the dozen or so emails between Alysse and myself. I hope she actually sees this and realizes how Alysse goes about business and how it really reflects poorly on her establishment. read more

Although the staff is amazing, Cool Sculpting was a waste of money. It does not last and I have found diet and exercise have given the same results without the ridiculous price. I had it done over a year ago and there was zero signs a few months later. I have lost more in my stomach area by fasting, cutting sugar and carbs and more exercise. I now have the payment which I labeled as "DUMB ME". Too expensive for the end result. read more

Hello my name is Jennifer. I have struggled my whole life with facial hair. I hated myself for it. I always felt so ugly and literally would try to hide behind anything I could find to not be seen by people. I wished it away countless times. If there was anything I could change about myself it would be the facial hair. I tried everything bleach, wax, and plucking. Nothing worked. Finally I decided to go to Ideal Image. I was afraid of the pain and afraid of the money it would cost. However like I said I was willing to do anything to make it go away. I could not have had a better experience. They are so helpful with the financial end and try to make sure that your comfortable with it. It was easy, I was personally able to finance a portion and make payments on the rest. As for the pain... yes.. it hurts! It's not the most pleasant feeling but honestly I have had "lady time" cramps that were worse and lasted a lot longer than the 15 minutes of laser treatment. It's really not that bad and it's over so quick. The nurses are so very nice and they always make sure you are ok. They take breaks if need be. Truly there is absolutely nothing to be scared of. Seriously I am a huge wimp and if I can do it anyone can!! This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I feel like I am living in the light now. I hid for so long and now I want everyone to see me. I am the happiest I have ever been in my life. I am a 100 times more confident than I used to be. Please ladies if you struggle with unruly body/facial hair... please do it for yourself! You deserve to be happy and love yourself! Just call them and see.. Where do I begin. First off if I was able to give no stars that would have made this review even more truthful. I have been wanting to get laser for a while now. I picked Ideal Image because it had great reviews. I was there in the consult room. I told the women that I wanted to talk to my husband about it because the cost of everything was 4K. She stated "he doesn't have to know" then we'll she conned me into signing the contract. The next day I drove 70 miles one way to cancel my contract. She stated "no you can't do that you signed it" then I never looked into it. Now that I have spoken to a friend who's a lawyer he said that is a lawsuit and that I should fight for it. I have put a lot of money in this. I did not finish my treatments. I have a lot of friends who have asked me where I went and I simply do not steer them to Ideal Image. They con you and you lose a lot of money. They lie to you, they try to give you "70%" off when really it's not. I will get a lawyer involved. Also another thing. When the RN came in she already was wearing gloves as she shut the door with them on, she also wrote on her clip board in gloves and also almost lasered a place that I didn't sign up for !!!! Very unprofessional, very disrespectful, con artists. I will never show my face there ever again and I never ever write bad reviews. This will have to be my very first one and hopefully my last. Nice enough facility BUT... This place has TERRIBLE business practices. I went in having read the reviews about high pressure sales tactics and disreputable practices expecting the worst and boy was I right! I went from my free consultation for hair removal on my face (full beard). I was quoted over 20k for a package of nine treatments. Let me repeat that TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL JUST ON MY FACE!!! As I was reeling in abject shock I was offered their "buy one get one deal" which knocked the price down to around 6k. When I still wouldn't bite, and said I was going to go home and think about it, I was told I HAD to make a commitment on the spot or loose the "deal" and the price would go back up to 20k when I came back. When I still wouldn't bite, and was preparing to leave, the consultant magically was able to combined the areas I was looking to have done into some new package and offer some other discount that knocked the price down to 4k. When I pressed about their "lifetime guarantee" it turns out to be a "lifetime membership" that would require me to pay a $300 deductible for any treatments after the nine treatment pack. The whole experience left me feeling dirty like I had just been handled by a slimy used care salesman. I did some checking and got a second opinion and now I am scheduled at a local facility to have the same treatments for $150 each (aka $1350 for nine treatments) BEWARE IDEAL IMAGE AND ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION! read more

I started growing hair on my upper lip when I was about seventeen, no big deal I would shave it every couple months and forget about it. As a couple years went by I noticed it getting darker and tougher so I shaved it more often still not that big of a deal. Then it started growing on my chin and neck, by the time I was twenty eight I was shaving my face daily. I'd get a shower in the morning shave then be on my way. Now it was starting to get irritating. By the time I hit thirty two I would shave in the morning and by afternoon I had a 5 o'clock shadow. I didn't feel like a woman anymore. I just completed my fourth treatment today and I'm excited to say I have about sixty percent hair loss. I'm extremely happy with my results so far. I have four more treatments left, I think the time and money I've invested is well worth it. I'm no longer embarrassed for people to see my face. The hair loss is fueling the self confidence that I had been losing bit by bit over the last ten years. I find it easier to look people in eye when we're speaking now. It has also motivated me deal with some of my other body image issues like weight loss. I absolutely recommend Ideal Image to any woman having excessive hair growth. read more
