Absolutely Horrible Experience - Don't Waste Your Time or Money! If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a total mess. The front desk is completely incompetent when it comes to scheduling. I called and made an appointment for a specific time, only to get a call later accusing me of missing it -- even though I had it scheduled for a totally different time! Then they have the nerve to charge a $50 no-show fee for their own mistake. I tried escalating the issue by calling corporate, and that was a waste of time too. They basically shrugged it off and told me it was up to the clinic manager -- who clearly didn't care either. On top of that, they pulled some nonsense about other missed appointments I never even scheduled! Just completely made-up dates to justify their bogus fees. This place is a joke. If you value your time, your money, or even basic professionalism, go literally anywhere else. read more

Then, after booking & taking payment, someone else will call & say there's a new law in NV that new customers can only be sold a minimum of 80 units/ injection. At $9.00 a until, that quickly becomes a huge investment. They're "working" on my refund. My bank flagged them a s potential spam, I wish I didn't call to say, "No. They're legit. Today was my very first visit to ideal image in Summerlin and the place was so nice inside the second you walk in. It's spacious and very clean. The girls at the front desk were so cheerful, informative, accommodating, personable, professional and every bit what you expect to have at a 5 star resort! Astrid helped me when I arrived, and the other young girl there with long brunette hair are who you want greeting your clients. They made a fantastic lasting first impression! Aryelle performed my services. I cannot say enough great things about her! She was so patient with all my questions and we just had so much fun during my session. I received my first BBL (also may be known as an IPL photofacial) and it was less painless than laser hair removal lol I felt so at ease and ensured all my future appointments were with her. Can I just say, I have been to quite a lot of places to get Botox or fillers etc. By far, I have not found a more conciencouse, friendly, and knowledgeable group of people. From the smile and information at the front desk, to all medical staff. I like to write things when I feel safe with a place that is going to be doing something like our FACE. They take it slow, explaining each step. If something decided on may not work, you will receive nothing but honesty. You will not be walking out here wondering ( what did I do! You will be saying ( I am so happy, I can't believe how beautiful they made me look. They won't do something just because we think it's a good idea. I'm sure you have seen some (not such good work) You won't, I repeat won't .... Find that here. Plus they are honest, they have deals. I could really go on. I do this for me. I just want to look in the mirror and go EWWW lol what is that. Up there on my forehead. It looks like guitar strings;) You WILL be saying wow... I look like me but, better!
