After having very minor difficulty finding his studio (hint: keep your eyes peeled for his logo on the sign) we went right in and he was waiting for us. He did a nice job making our girls feel comfortable and wasted no time starting to shoot. Robb's easy going personality and fun spirit kept things light and enjoyable the entire time. He also did a wonderful job making both girls feel like little models by positively encouraging them when they were posing well and smiling. The studio itself is warm, clean, and inviting and has plenty of space with multiple backgrounds and props. We felt right at home. Getting the proofs from Robb took no time at all. In fact, it took us much longer to choose which shots to purchase because there were many possibilities! Thanks to Robb for the great service. She went above and beyond anything we could've hoped for during such an important occasion. She was extremely professional during all steps of the process making sure to call us before our ceremony so she would have an idea of the look we were going for in poses and photo locations. On our wedding day, she arrived early and continued to ask us more questions about what we were looking for in our photos. She was more than happy to take our suggestions on which poses we wanted to do and camera angles we wanted to experiment with. Even though we had already told her which locations we wanted pictures taken in, she was also professional enough to take pictures in completely unexpected locations that we walked by as we were headed to other previously selected locations. When we received our photos, we couldn't be happier. They turned out great! Even better than what we were expecting. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer, engagement pictures, family photos, etc. we can't recommend her enough.

Unprofessional is the nicest thing I have to say about Mila. The night before my family's scheduled…read morephoto shoot she e-mailed a contract stating it needed to be signed or she would cancel the session. The problem was that there were several conflicting statements. Most troubling is the "Privacy" and "Copyright" sections of her contract. Signing this contract meant signing away any privacy of my family's images or copying the images to make things like holiday cards (which pretty much defeated the point of a family picture). I highly recommend anyone seeking Mila's services read her contract carefully in advance. Some of the inconsistencies for my situation are listed below: 1. Half of the session fees needed to be paid 7 days prior to the photo shoot which was impossible since she sent the contract the day before the shoot. 2. She verbally said it was okay to have a picture as your desktop background but the contract stated no pictures could be on your desktop or phone. 3. In the "payment" section it was clear that she did not honor the Groupon $200 worth of services, she only applied the purchased amount of $58. The session was scheduled in the time frame in which the Groupon was valid. I spoke with Mila and asked for these items to be amended before signing the contract but she refused and canceled the photo shoot. I explained that my family members had arranged work schedules and had traveled for this photo shoot but it did not make a difference to her. Unprofessional is the nicest thing I have to say about Mila.

Where do I start…read more From the day we emailed a quote request to the moment he left us at the reception our interactions with Tim (and Bethany) were all positive. We first met Tim at a neighborhood Starbucks to get a good look at his work from start to finish. He was able to provide weddings in full and not just some of his top shots. This provided me with the confidence I needed to book him. We drove home from the meeting and we're like giddy kids that had just met a new best friend. We went ahead a day or so later and signed the contract via email. Needless to say, we were extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism we received from Tim through all of our communications. Moving on to the ceremony and reception. Tim and Bethany arrived to our contract locations on time and once they got to work, you barely even noticed they were there. But looking through my pictures, I was so happy with all the little details they caught in my home, my hotel room and during the ceremony and reception. I was in tears (of happiness) at how special they made my wedding day simply by capturing some of the silly, fun and sweet things that happened that day. I have to mention this, and I hope she'll laugh...At one point before the reception, Bethany even hooked me up with some of HER bobby-pins and post ceremony, helped scrub a small mud stain or two out of my dress. Bethany-- you should think about being a day of coordinator--you were so much better than mine! lol I kid you not, my entire family and friends are still talking about how sweet and nice Tim and Bethany were. I promise that this will be my photographer of choice for any future needs as well as the ONE and ONLY photographer I recommend to friends and family. I just received my disc of pictures and am beyond happy with the quality of his images, Tim's vision and his ability to turn a gray day into a storybook wedding! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Tim and Bethany are a dream come true and truly some of the best people we have ever worked with…read more Starting with our engagement photos, Tim worked with us to find the perfect locations and made sure we were completely comfortable for the first session. We didn't know what to expect going in, but it was such a fun day and the pictures turned out absolutely gorgeous! He seriously thinks of everything and takes some of the most beautiful photos I have ever seen. He captured our happiness and excitement perfectly at the time of our engagement. Organizing and planning for the wedding day with Tim was also extremely easy, he is super responsive and easy to work with! Also, aside from amazing photos, early in our planning process he gave us some vendor recommendations - many of which we ended up also working with who were equally as amazing. For the main event, our wedding, Tim and Bethany truly went above and beyond. We were working with a tight timeline which included a first look with the groom, my dad, and my bridesmaids as well as two different getting ready locations, and a large wedding party. None of this phased them at all - our timeline was managed perfectly while still getting all the photos we wanted. They also helped us pick the perfect locations for our photos - the Ambassador balcony for our first look and a park for additional pictures that allowed us to be by the lake/city, and still close enough to the ceremony location. Tim and Bethany were also snapping pictures when we didn't even know it! We have so many special photos of memories we didn't even expect, like crossing the street to the church with my sister holding my dress and my sister helping my mom with her dress. They worked flawlessly throughout the event, and I hardly even knew they were there! Tim also made sure I got all the different friend shots I wanted and worked with my sister to round everyone up! I look at our wedding portfolio at least twice a day and I will never get over how perfect the photos are. Thank you again Bethany and Tim for capturing our perfect day and us so magically! We will cherish these memories forever.
