Do not waste your money here. I had my initial phone call where prices and my goals were discussed. In the same breath of this part of the conversation I mentioned that I am a breast cancer patient but not actively receiving immunotherapy, and have been cleared by my oncologist. When asked when I would like to come in for my Botox I asked " How long before T after microblading could I do the Botox? What is your protocol?" She answered "Typically 2 weeks" . I then mentioned that I was waiting to go pick up my "consent form" from my doctor to show to my microblading artist before I could get that appointment scheduled with her. So if I had to choose only one procedure before my surgery, I would choose Botox. From here, she took my credit card information, charged me, then put me on the books, then sent me my "medical history" paperwork to fill out. Two days later I show up for my appointment expecting to be in and out (But that is not the case). I go back to the room, and the gal reads over my medical history and asks me "How long ago did you have breast cancer"? I told her everything that I told the gal on the phone.... "My doctor ok's this, surgery is October 1st, I'm not doing chemo until after surgery etc etc etc". She tells me that she has to talk to her medical advisor, they might be ok to do my Botox, blah blah blah., I told her I was going to my cancer center right after this to get one consent form, and if they need one as well, that I could ask my doctor to write one up for them as well.. She leaves the room, and comes back 10 minutes later and says that she can't do the procedure on me, and that I could bring or Email the latter from my oncologist, and they'll send it to the medical advisor and I quote " They may, or may not be able to give me Botox". So I asked her to refund me my money, I will bring the doctor's note and if they approve then we can charge my card again. She said "My manager isn't here right now, so I can't do that, but I can leave a note" I told her I want to start the refund process because that is a lot of money to have on my credit card for a service I "may or may not receive". I mean I do have cancer in all, and it's not cheap. We then walk to the front, and she whiskers to the front desk gal as if I can't hear her , and I just interjected and repeated " I would like to be refunded and if you are able to provide the service k will come back and charge me then. She said she couldn't do it now, and asked when a good time would be for me to come back. I yet again, said that I would just like my money refunded, and I will give them a note and if they are ok, I could try to come back before surgery. The entire time in that building I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone and like they didn't understand a single word I said. I want to also say that I said to them multiple times " I understand why you wouldn't do the procedure, and if I knew I would have brought a note for you too" ALSO, I wouldn't have given them my dang money. I am disgusted with how this went down. I could have lied about having cancer and just came in and got the Botox and left, but I didn't. I was honest from the get go, no mention of I "may or may not" get it done before, during or after they took my money, and now they don't want to refund me. I don't have high expectations of what good customer service is these days, but I can assure you that this was awful and 10 out of 10 do not recommend. My experience with the former Ideal Image in Henderson, NV was WORTHLESS! I was convinced by the Manager that CoolSculpting was a wonderful investment if I wanted to lose stubborn fat and see noticeable body contouring. This fat freezing treatment cost me a TOTAL WASTE of almost $4,000. I was told to have the procedure on my abdomen, flanks (love handles) and the under-bra area. But the before and after pictures clearly did not show any visible change. I complained to the Manager that, after spending thousands of dollars, suffering through hours of painful treatments and following up with uncomfortable days and nights wrapped in the recommended belly band, the procedure didn't work. Her "solution" was to sell me more treatments. When I persisted, I was first told that the contract was equivocal about whether the treatment would work. When I tried to file a complaint with Ideal Image, the company claimed that they had sold the location, although neither the people nor the equipment had changed; and that the new owner had assumed responsibility for any claims. To the contrary, the same Manager who previously worked for Ideal Image and now worked for the new company disavowed any responsibility and referred me back to Ideal Image. I strongly urge anyone considering the much-hyped "magic" of CoolSculpting treatment, in the belief that it will actually reduce fat, to read the disclaimer in the contract before signing, and understand that the company, whatever its name, selling the proprietary process will not take responsibility for the lack of results. I've been going here for Botox for three years. Great service and results. A couple tips: - Don't waste your money on the membership. Not worth it. Just take advantage of the deals that pop up all throughout the year. - Call the location directly to set up services. Don't go online. You'll get follow-up from some random salesperson in another state, and they will say and do whatever it takes to get you to spend more money than necessary. Buyer Beware: On 10/18/2022, I enrolled in Cool Sculpturing with Ideal Image, Henderson, Nv for 20 one-hour sessions. After four sessions, they refused to treat me due to my having Chronic Kidney Disease and long term cardiac issues, both of which were disclosed at the initial interview. Their corporate office told me that I had used 14 sessions so they only offered me $2,219 as an unused refund. I called them many times to get this corrected but they continued to hang up on me and never issued a refund to me. It's now been almost 3 years and I'm now being solicited by their new owners, Orange Twist for services. I'm disgusted that this company can get away with this. I never saw one inch of body improvement after the four sessions and never received a dime for the unused portion of my $8,109.67 in full advance payment. Janet made my entire experience at Ideal IMAGE smooth and she ensured I felt comfortable throughout the process. Janet's patience, kindness, humor and attention to detail is beyond reproach. I was extremely nervous in having lip fillers done as I didn't want to have "duck lips". I genuinely love my lips prior to going to Ideal Image. My soul intention to going to Ideal Image to begin with was to have Botox around my eyes and to fill in my smile lines. Janet had a bit left in the syringe and she didn't want it to go to waste. So, she sweetly asked me- "Do you want me to fill your lips?" I was hesitant at first... and told her - "ok, but, just a little on my top lip because when I was younger my top lip was slightly bigger than my bottom." She said- "ok, no problem." Janet was very gentle as she was filling my upper lips. When she was done she stands back to see her work. She said - "They look great, but they will look better if I do the bottom so you can have an even smile. Please trust me, it going to look perfect." I trusted her-- and I am so glad I did!! Don't come here there are plenty of other companies to go to. I paid the deposit and signed up for cool sculpting. I called the very next day to cancel because spur of the moment I got excited and signed and paid. They have 1-3 days to cancel. I called immediately the next day and they told me the manager is not in office and that she will call me back the next day and then I called again the next day she's still at office. It wasn't until Wednesday which I signed up Sunday that I finally heard back and they said oh the manager is out of office until next week. She'll give you a call. I finally spoke to the manager and she told me that they do not do refunds and I told her it's in there that as long as I cancel right away, which is that one to three days and you guys haven't even contacted me back until like two weeks later like well just come in and we'll see what we can do. I come in. They try to force the appointment on me. Which was kind of funny because over the phone she said she'll talk to me about other options where I can use those funds. She never told me about anything they offered there didn't try and transfer those funds to any other service. Just tried to force me to go through with my appointment. Then she tells me she'll call me back either later that day or the next day after she goes over the contract, she never did someone else calls me back, trying to schedule me for an appointment two days later. UPDATE to a previous 5-star review. After my first session, I gave Ideal Image a 5-star review. After being a patient for nearly 1 year, I am changing that. Nurses are excellent (Lydia and Elizabeth are the best) and they are always running on time. Very clean facility and pleasant front desk staff that put up with many frustrated/angry clients, yet handle themselves very well and remain calm. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Ideal Image to others and will advise them to go elsewhere. Things were not properly explained to me at onboarding, including: 1) Blonde hair doesn't get picked up by lasers, yet I was still sold that for one of my body parts. The rest of my hair is medium brown and fine/thin (yet after nearly a year, it is still not all gone). I thought it was very odd to drop thousands of dollars without an in-person consultation. In hindsight, I should've known better. 2) How the lifetime guarantee works (with a copay) was not reviewed. It is likely you will end your contract, hairy. 3) The full explanation of how services actually end after one year. And then you switch to a co-pay. So much for a hairless guarantee! After weak onboarding, my initial sessions went well and I was ignorantly happy. Yet that changed and has left me bitter. 1) Despite confirming an appointment, I had "the system" cancel my appointment and it screwed EVERYTHING up for my laser routine. I was not given any accommodation for this besides " whoops" and it cost me money at work too since I took the day off. Also, I didn't know this at the time, but since they "couldn't get me in for ages/reschedule" it ate up some of my contract time. I am not alone. It happened to my friend AND another client (while I was there). Poor front desk. 2) I do not know if this is true, but the front desk informed me that "the system" apparently sends a text message and gives a FEW HOURS to confirm or it will auto-cancel you. WHO DOES THAT?? I make an appointment to have an APPOINTMENT. Plus, I fly cross-county for work - ummm, no, I can't respond to the appointment I am KEEPING within a few hours. Also, many people work 8-hours and don't even have their phone on them. After this, I demanded that I be marked "always confirmed" - not really sure if they changed the system or if they actually have this on my file. 3) Hair removal appointments take place every 6 weeks once you're established. 8 weeks isn't too big of a deal....but they can never get you in. So, we are looking at 11 WEEKS until my next appointment. I'm furious because the hair cycle gets messed up AND I pretty much miss an ENTIRE 'nother session - taking away from my sessions within my contract. 4) I don't know if the above is because of staffing issues or if this is a con to make established patients get less for their money, keeping them hairy, and coming back with co-pays since the delay burns through contract time. 5) If you are lucky, you will get a 3-month contract extension as a "sorry", but that does not make up for my lost time(s) since, depending on how it falls, you may only get ONE additional session in during that 3-month period IF THEY CAN EVEN GET YOU IN. I am happy with the results overall and the great staff, but my medium-brown-hair-self will not be hairless after one year...and it now feels scammy. Therefore I cannot recommend spending this much money on Ideal Image. read more

Then will not have technicians to schedule your appointments. Or will make appointment times then call to cancel "reschedule" months out. Thus binding you into a contract you can not use. Leaving you responsible for the full amount, disputing this and wanting to cancel all treatment from their facility. I called on Wednesday this week to schedule an appointment for Friday prior to a weekend trip. The person on the phone said that I would receive a confirmation email that I have to respond to. When I tried to respond the link was expired. So I called back to confirm and my appointment was no longer available. I was then told that the link expires in 2 hours. From the friendly greeting staff up front to the cleanliness, professionalism, and kindness of the nurses. Did you know... they are all registered nurse practitioners?! That settled so many of my fears as anyone these days can claim they know how to do laser or any other beauty services. My first and third services where provided by Heather and let me tell you. God sent. Anxiety is a real thing exposing yourself as they laser you, however she made the environment calming and was patient with me as we proceeded through the process. Her understanding and knowledge of the procedures was calming and made the experience that much better! HIGHLY recommend. Roberta... this queen. So personable and the fact she did my first laser treatment she as well took the time to explain the procedure talk to me about any current skin or medical conditions, etc. We laughed as making conversation which again, being able to be personable as you are exposed and still feel respected and professionalism is highly appreciated. I was sold by their sales rep that they were having great discounts and the whole face would only cost $2,000.00 and this procedure is like a Face lift with out the surgery! Yes, I have a contract with you but it doesn't include wearing a mask...I wore it when the Gov imposed it upon us but I am not interested in continuing to put on a mask which has proven NOT to be effective! Then I'm told I can be scheduled as soon as the next day when in reality it was 2 months out and then I was never told verbally that there is no refund for the prurchases until I tried canceling a portion of my service due to a medical reason.
