I have an appointment tomorrow and just found out they have permanently closed. It has changed to Avelure Med Spa in Ocala and they will not honor packages that were already purchased. I have lost a great deal of money due to this. Please save yourself from the stress and losing your money and go somewhere else. If anyone knows who I can call to report this please let me know. They will not even give out the managers name and she is not taking calls read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Ideal Image in Gainesville. I stopped by while passing through Gainesville because I wanted to get lip filler. I made it clear that I was only in the area once and was in a time crunch. Before anyone explained the procedure or possible contraindications, I was rushed to sign a lengthy 20-page contract and make payment. When I went in for the procedure, the staff member (Joy) did not review risks or contraindications with me -- I had to ask her myself. It turned out I had a medical condition that made lip filler unsafe. I told her I did not want to risk a bad reaction. Surprisingly, she admitted she personally would not do the procedure in my situation but still suggested that I go through with it since I wouldn't be in the area again. That made no sense, and even the front desk staff looked uncomfortable. At that point, I declined the procedure and requested a refund. I was told a refund would be processed within a few business days. Instead, when I called back, I was told my file reflected as if I had received the filler (which I had not). Despite multiple calls and escalations, no refund was ever issued. Eventually, they admitted I never received filler and simply placed the "filler credit" back into my account. I don't want any services from this company -- I just want my money back. The Gainesville manager admitted the situation was mishandled by both the current and prior manager, and sent me to corporate. At corporate, Abigail reviewed my case. Even though I had requested cancellation in less than 24 hours -- which their own terms and conditions (posted on their website) clearly allow -- she told me that was not the case. I also provided documentation showing I was away on deployment and unable to return for services, which the contract also states should allow for cancellation. She refused to honor either. Abigail became argumentative, boasting about how she has such great reviews and insisting that she alone has the authority to approve refunds. She also claimed that local offices have no right to process refunds, leaving customers completely at her discretion. On top of that, she stated she is in charge of all the reviews, which explains why so many negative ones appear to be hidden. Ultimately, she told me that when my contract expires in June, my money would simply be lost -- and that it was her final decision. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Ideal Image. I do not feel safe with their staff or comfortable with their business practices. They seem more interested in keeping money than treating clients fairly. Bottom line: Stay away. Do not give Ideal Image your money under any circumstances. read more

Amazing experience! The experts here really talk you through everything and make sure you're completely comfortable throughout the whole process. I've been coming here for over a year and they really have reduced the hair on my body and my hey make every appointment worth it! read more

They don't even deserve 1 star. They charged my credit card over $7000 that someone gave them. I reported it as fraud and they told my cc company that they could confirm I received the servies....I've never been to that place! Now I have to file a police report and start another claim. If they have proof then I'd like to see it. I bet there's nothing signed at the appointments that I supposedly went to nor video on any cameras around there showing me. This place is PHOINY & RIP OFF. read more

Be EXTREMELY careful with Ideal Image and ALWAYS read contracts and paperwork before signing it! NEVER trust what a representative tells you! I know the paperwork is long, but PLEASE READ IT! It will save you a lot of money and hassle in the long run. This company has taken so many people's money by the representatives telling them one thing even though the paperwork says another. They should be ashamed. LOOK THEM UP ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SEE HOW MANY COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE! Copying the same review someone else left because it's true. It happened to me and the experience has been extremely unethical. I've been patient with the whole situation, but how long do I have to wait for them to get back to me? Also, not to mention that I'm paying for a treatment I'm not receiving because they won't give me a full refund since I won't be getting the service. I'm leaving this review, so this won't happen to more people. Please RUN and don't do business with such an unethical business!!! read more

I am so happy that I have found a center that is friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I have been to this Ideal Image twice over the past 6 months for Botox and lip injections. My results were consistent even though I had 2 different providers take care of my services. I think this is a bonus because it allows more flexibility in my return visits since I liked both of them. Each visit I was warmly welcomed and my provider was on time. They take their time with you to explain the procedure and listen to any concerns you may have which makes you feel at ease. They also have a rewards program that is easy to earn $$ off services!! I will continue to go to this center for all of my upkeep needs read more

I love this place way better than the other clinic I went to. The technician and the receptionist were sweethearts, both very kind and accommodating. I had an amazing experience with them. Thank you so much, girls, and keep up the good work! :) read more

Shannon is one of the best techs I've ever had to do my laser hair removal! She was so easy going and made me feel so relaxed without being overly chatty. She used a cool wet wipe to relive some of the pain after a each laser which was so nice and very appreciated. She was fantastic! read more

This place is terrible. I went to them for lazer hair removal and had a virtual meeting with a representative who said I was a good candidate and told me how many treatments I would need. I went thru their lending process (for $2,400) because I had to pay upfront. When I got there, I was told that the lazer treatment would not work on my hair and I needed to use the money for a different service. I asked for a refund and cancellation and they tried to talk me out of it. They did not say at that time that I couldn't get a refund. I tried several times to schedule other services with them, and I have to schedule many weeks to months in advance. The once appointment I could make, I showed up 5 minutes past their grace period due to traffic and as I pulled into the parking lot, they told me they would not see me! I asked to cancel and they kept saying someone would call me back. Nothing! I called again and was told there is no refund or cancellation..and to read the contract. I said I am not paying for services that I can't get, but they did not care! Be EXTREMELY careful with Ideal Image and ALWAYS read contracts and paperwork before signing it! NEVER trust what a representative tells you! I know the paperwork is long, but PLEASE READ IT! It will save you a lot of money and hassle in the long run. Go anywhere else!!! This place just is a huge scam, they up sell packages and they care about making commissions, I've called a number of times to talk to the manager about the poor service, they keep avoiding my calls, yet refuse to book my future appt for services that I booked. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Do not give them any of your money, you will regret it later!!! read more

ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU SIGN OR NOT!! I have an awful experience with Ideal Image service, consultation, and customer service. I wanted to leave a review for such a terrible company to help others to avoid what happened to me. Let me explain my terrible experience with Ideal Image corporation in detail. I wanted to do Layer hair removal with Ideal Image. At the begging, I called them for consultation and the consulter told me about the price of full body package and what parts would be covered. After that, she explained about how I can get the loan for my payments and sent a loan contract to sign. Also, she made my first appointment on the phone. Later, she sent a DocuSign document regarding my hair removal contract by email, which I NEVER opened and signed. At the appointment, I realized there is something wrong with what the consulter told me about my package and price. The new packages, which I was told on the appointment day, only included half of parts of what the consulter told me and if I wanted to include the rest in my package, I needed to pay $3000 more! So, I asked them to cancel my appointment to see what is going wrong with my contract and I also requested to make a copy of my original contact. Then, I was given a copy of a contract with my information included but I NEVER SIGNED THE CONTRACT. There was some else initial and signature on the contract!!!!! I called their miserable consumer service to provide an explanation about WHO SIGNED MY CONTRACT!! The customer service had NO EXPLANATION about that. They hung up the phone! After several calls, they promised to call me back with an explanation but after 30 DYAS, no one is responsible about who signed my contract!! I have talked with my attorney, and I am going to sue Ideal Image corporation for their illegal action! DO NOT TRUST them and make aware anyone, who wants to use their services, about such awful company! read more

What a terrible place to lose a lot of money quickly. My wife and daughter went in to see about upper lip laser hair removal, and ended up spending several thousand dollars on an upper lip for each of them, and bikini for my wife. With lifetime guarantee. Here we are 3 years later, they each still have just as much hair, and were told at their last appointments that they had to start paying (???) for their treatments. So even though they had been to appointments, and the hair did not disappear as promised, now our thousands of dollars has run out. In our world, this equates to a scam, a ripoff, and a total sham. I could do the same by pointing my finger and saying *zap-zap*. And of course holding out my hand for your $$. Say good riddance to Ideal Image, and their economic drain... read more

Save yourself money and headaches by going elsewhere. I recently had botox done and the results were so lopsided I'm embarrassed to have my bangs blow in the wind. One eyebrow is about 3/4 inch higher than the other. I'm not a spring chicken and have been to many providers over the years and this is the worst by far. When I called to see if I could get a simple corrective injection, the staff and "manager" informed me I'd have to purchase the extra botox. Avoid the hassle. It was especially disappointing because the botox treatments were a gift from my daughter. I'm grateful for the gift but disgusted with the results. read more

I really wish I'd read some of these reviews before I went to this company for services!! I really wish I had. My experience with this company has been similarly and seemingly deceptive also. My consultation results did not compare in actual services nor actual price. The price was hiked up ( by thousands) and I ended up having to make double payments: one that was financed and a separate payment for the added fees that they didn't tell me about when I consulted. Next, I didn't get treated in the area as I was told in the consultation. After 1-session on one area, I decided to not go through with any more treatments, I called to speak with someone. No one was ever able to speak with me. The manager was always unavailable and gone for the day or not in on that day AFTER She got MY NAME FIRST. I WAS PROMISED a return call on several occasions, haven't heard from them yet. The service reps who answered the calls are short and ready to get me off the phone every time I call. I want a full refund as I have continued to make the payments... both sets. I don't have that money to throw away. They told me I could not get a refund! Why! Why! Why! If I'm not responding to the treatment, then let me go, give me my money back that I've paid for services I haven't received! I'm so disappointed. Very. I have no photos; Just a bad experience. Horrible. I would have considered another service in exchange for what I originally went in for, but they are behaving way too shady now. I don't trust them anymore. I want my money back. The only Reason I keep making the payments is to protect my credit. read more

I have been more than impressed with the knowledgable staff and my amazing laser hair removal results! It's fairly expensive (they often do promotions) but the time I save from not shaving and not having to buy shaving products is well worth it. I am SO happy I took the time to do this. I definitely don't regret it! read more

I absolutely LOVE Ideal Image. I have gotten the laser hair removal done under my arms and am in the process of doing my lower legs. I have not shaven under my arms in over a year and there is a noticeable difference already on my legs in just two treatments. It's expensive, but well worth the money! They even offer financing. read more
