After hearing about Ideal Image on the radio, I went online to find out information on laser hair removal. I was able to request information and set up my free consultation at the Bethlehem office all online through email which was extremely convenient with my busy schedule. Upon entering the office for my consultation appointment, I was immediately greeted by the receptionist who was extremely friendly. She gave me the paperwork to fill out and asked if my boyfriend or I would like a drink while we waited. Within five minutes of walking in the door I was greeted by the consultant Kristina. She was extremely helpful with any questions we had about the procedure, including what to do before the treatment, during, and even post treatment. And the possibilities of the treatments not working. Normally, I find discussing issues with excess body hair can be very embarrassing and uncomfortable. But Kristina was amazing! She was so easy to talk to and understanding! When it came down to pricing, she gave us multiple quotes with different body parts and informed us of the no interest credit card we could apply for. She offered to give us privacy to discuss it to see which way we would like to go. We decided which areas we wanted to go with and we completed the paperwork. Kristina was definitely very knowledgeable in her job, and laid everything right out in front of us. After the paperwork was done I set up my first appointment at the desk, where I got a gift bag full of amazing products! When it came time for my first treatment, Heather the nurse who did it was also extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. We talked through the whole treatment and before I knew it, it was over. I liked Heather so much I requested her for my next treatment. When it came time for my second treatment, as soon as Kristina saw I was there, she let me know that there was a current sale. She remembered that there was other areas that I wanted done. She worked her magic in getting me the best price so that I could add these areas on. I was able to get my first treatment in the new areas that same day while I was already in the office! Plus I got another gift bag with more amazing goodies! Overall, I find the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, I feel that they go above and beyond by remembering what you are interested in and helping you get exactly what you are looking for at the best price. I would never go to Idea image again. I called to schedule an appointment. I was told I had to pay upfront in order to schedule. I paid 5 weeks in advance. I paid $3,000 for 6 cycles of cool sculpting. It did not work! I was never giving a consultation other then pictures and being weighed. It has been 4 months and there is no change. I weight the same and my measurements are the same. I spoke to a couple of plastic surgeons and med spas. They all told me there are two different types of fat, Subcutaneous Fat and Visceral Fat. Cool sculpting only works on the subcutaneous fat. The professionals that I spoke to look at my stomach and told me my fat is Visceral. Ideal Image should have known that. They are suppose to be the professionals. A manager did email me and told me I signed a contract and they will not refund my money. She also rudely accused me of pushing my stomach out for my last set of pictures. have called and ask to speak to a manager and asked for copies of my pictures and I get no response. On Mother's day when I told my daughter I was going to try cool sculpting she told me not to. She said Both her best friend went to Ideal Image for cool sculpting and it did not work for them either. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. They weren't able to help me since I signed a form and did tell me to report them to the Attorney General and the BBB. Today I report them to the Attorney General. Their advertisement false!! They are just out for the money and don't care if the procedure works or not. read more

I don't even know if I should post a review or a true life testimony? I guess ill just say how I feel. I'm a 35 year old women that deep inside I know Im beautiful, I been struggling with facial hair since the age of 18. I just got tired of people looking at me as if I was from another planet or worse confuse me as a man. I attended an event where Kristina and another young woman were there to represent Ideal Image. I was intrigued when I found out that they do tattoo removal, as I have been looking to learn more about it and had yet to find anyone locally that would speak to me about it without being rude or pushy. I was impressed with Kristina's good nature, and decided to call the Bethlehem office to make an appointment for a consultation. I wound up having to reschedule, and found that everyone I spoke to, from the operator at the main office to all of the front desk staff members, was just delightful. Great customer service skills, they had, and they were clearly well trained. I appreciated that very much. Once I finally got in for my consultation, I found Kristina just as bright and professional as she was when I met her at the event. She answered all of my questions, we had a nice chat, and I look forward to doing business there - not only for my tattoo removal, but I will also be looking into some of their other services, as well! I have nothing but positive things to say about Ideal Image in Bethlehem, PA. From my first free consolation, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone answered all my questions regarding the process of laser hair removal as well as my inquiries about payment options. The location is easy to get to and very clean and an inviting environment. I received two laser treatments on my face. I was happy with the results. However, due to some other skin concerns from my dermatologist (cystic acne from birth control hormone complications) I had to stop treatments temporarily until my skin could heal. I was worried I would not be able to get a refund from the 6 treatments I had remaining. The Center Manager Jordan was an amazing help! She stayed in contact with me via email and made sure all my paperwork was submitted to have the unused funds from Fortiva credited back to my account. I have begun the initial process of cool sculpting with a consultation! Everyone who greets you to those who actually meet and work with you if friendly and professional. The consultant was amazing and really cared about my happiness with the end result so as she explained you have to qualify for cool sculpting so that the end result is pleasing. I had wanted both my inner and outer thighs done but I only qualified for outer as the inner did not have enough of a pocket of fat. She explained that I could end up looking like I had a shark bite if they did the inner thigh and that she would not want me to be unhappy with how that would look or to waste my money. I was genuinely impressed that she truly cared about my satisfaction and did not just take my money. She worked with me at length getting to know me as we did paperwork and set up a schedule. I felt like I had made a new friend when I left because she was that encouraging and friendly! I have had a few friends that have visited the Ideal Image location in Bethlehem and they have loved their results. I recently decided after two years of convincing myself it was time for Botox and I needed to try their injectables. When I arrived at Ideal Image I was very impressed with the office and the staff. The front desk representative - Nicole was very professional and patient - I asked a lot of questions. Next, I met with the Sales representative Kristina and she was great. She was very informative and knows a lot about injectables, hair removal and ultherapy. I decided I would start with Botox. I had done a lot of research leading up to my decision to freshen up my appearance with some assistance of Botox/Dysport. I opted for the Dysport and was ultimately pleased with the experience and results. My first visit was in February 2014 (my first time having such a treatment) and the results were immediately noticeable and I was very pleased. My second visit was in February 2015. The results were not as dramatic as the first treatment, which I learned is common, and I wasn't happy at first. I went for a third appointment in March 2015 and had a "touch up" and was ultimately pleased with the results. What I appreciated is that the staff took the time to understand my concerns and do everything they could to address them. I have been coming to Ideal Image in Bethlehem for over a year now from NJ to get my bikini and underarms treated. Every visit has been pleasant and every staff member I've ever come into contact with has been very nice. They are very accommodating as well. A couple of times I arrived late for my appointment yet they found a way to fit me in, which I was always very grateful for, as the location is not local for me.
