I've had Dysport done elsewhere in the past with consistent 3-4 month results, so this outcome was not typical for me. I reached out to express my concerns, especially given the cost, and while I initially received an explanation about metabolism/exercise, after following up further regarding my dissatisfaction and asking about a resolution, I never received a response. Unfortunately, between the short duration of results and the lack of follow-up/customer service, I would not return.

Let me start by saying the moment I contacted them for an inquiry they replied immediately via the chat option and even made the appointment for me, told me who I'd meet with and assured me they would go over everything in great detail. I met with Kathryn and she greeted me offered me water gave me a tour and sat me down and went over the company, the philosophy behind Milan laser and addressed all of my concerns. Not once did I feel like she was pushing me or selling me, she wanted to make sure I felt comfortable knowing how personal this has been for me. I have PCOS which caused excess hair growth for me since I was in my early 20s and it's been so embarrassing and frustrating for me I kept putting it off and off and it was the fear of the unknown that really stopped me. Kathryn and the team here put me at ease. When I was ready to commit they even offered easy and affordable financing options so it's completely affordable! I even got multiple areas. I am driving from New Jersey just to come here and I know it's an investment so the place I go to has to be perfect or as perfect as can be to my standards. And because hair growth varies there's a lifetime guarantee that is hair ever grew back they'd laser it at no additional cost! That was definitely a big reason I went with them too! Day 1 and it was like a quick snap I didn't think I could bear any pain and it wasn't painful. I couldn't believe how fast it was and I'm excited for this journey. I whole heartedly recommend Milan laser. They are professional, owned by medical doctors and laser treatment by registered nurses. It puts my heart at ease knowing I'm in such good hands. Thank you Milan Laser for your service and making this a reality for me. October 2021 update - my results are incredible!! I even took advantage of a promo and added my full legs- this place is the real deal and worth the drive and time for the beautiful results that I have received. My self confidence is so much higher and I couldn't have done it without them. I love the entire staff!!! We are all worth investing in and doing what makes us feel good! Thank you Milan laser!!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the repeated appointment…read morecancellations and scheduling issues I continue to experience. Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately.
