We worked with this company a few years ago on creating an app. The app never worked and the company was so awful to deal with. We would send them information about what was wrong with the app and all they would respond with was that they see it working on their end. The app never took off because it never worked correctly. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! After securing investors I reached out to this company a few years ago to build my app called "Beloved". At first the communication with their company started off okay but throughout the building process it fell off. After numerous requests to get an updated status of where we were at with the app I finally was advised that the app was built. Within the first week the app was built a lot of issues begin to come up with the coding. I again reached out to them to advise what my investors and I were seeing. The response I received from them every time was "We don't see any issues". It got to the point where I even went into the their office and gave them my phone to keep for a few days to test and Again, I was told nothing is wrong with the app. I wanted to share this horrible experience I had with IdeaApps comp so that you don't go through the disappointment I did. They literally cut off all communications with me and the app was never built correctly. After reading this post If you still decide to go with this company please do your research and don't get burned by them like I did. I should have reported this company years ago. Where do I begin....I would not recommend using Idea Apps Inc for any of their services. First off 60,000$ is gone and has nothing to show for it. I sent this company my idea with screen shots and detailed descriptions on what I was looking for. They said they could do it. So I coughed up roughly 18,000$ plus another 15,000$ of investor money to get my app created and started. They said they would cover everything from design, development and marketing. I said sounds great. They even said they had investors which were anxious to pursue my idea. (BTW, I doubt there were any of their investors money because they would be highly frustrated with how the app came out and I have never heard anything about their investors even when I directly asked them)They developed my app which never did function or look the way I wanted. They also developed another app that looked exactly like mine. There was even verbiage from that app in my app that was never fixed even when asked. So im guessing they used my money for that app also. The marketing is a complete scam also. Being in the IT industry you know how to market on social media and you know how to investigate it. I never seen any hard evidence of any marketing campaign. They say they market it to their 30k+ followers on social media. You can tell that their followers are bought followers because no one ever responds or like the posts. I spent my own money on marketing and received more downloads and responses from that then they ever had. Which I doubt they had any. I asked them to make some kind of cheap merchandise or if I could go out and market it, they never give any answers. They set this company up as a corporation in Texas and I have never had any annual or quarterly discussions or tax documents from them. Also their "developers" are in Mexico, they are horrible developers and have no sense of new technology nor know how to develop their own unique code. Even this day the app on the HOMEPAGE has a description from the other app that they developed with my money and has the exact same features and bogus functions. I ask them questions and never get no response. They completely dropped off the map. Last time I talked to them they said they had 6k in the bank. I asked them where that is going and never received any response. I asked them to fix it and nothing ever happened. Please feel free to contact me if anyone ever feels like the need to use these guys. I believe it is a huge scam, all of their services are. This was the last resort and here I am. It sucks you sink 60k$ into something you know will work and nothing ever comes out of it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more
